Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua Resort Reviews

It was our first time to stay in a non-beachfront property in Nusa Dua, and thankfully it was still an awesome experience! Service, especially at the breakfast restaurant, was really good! We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The hotel is beautiful and the pool is amazing, but it's a bit far from the beach. You have to take a shuttle bus.

I stayed in a pool-view room. The room was, of course, clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The pool was lovely with plenty of shade from the trees.

During my stay, the room linens weren't changed promptly (even with daily tips), and I encountered some hygiene issues with them. This was eventually resolved through Ctrip, but it did affect my overall experience. Aside from that, the hotel's service and facilities were good. The 'Lazy River' was a hit with the kids, though it was a bit short. The gym was very clean, and while the equipment was mostly fixed machines, it was sufficient for a regular workout. The restaurant didn't have air conditioning (which is common in Bali, and it wasn't too hot), so there were a lot of flies (also a common Bali phenomenon). There was a wide variety of food, and the rose apples were good, but other fruits were just average. Next time I visit, I'll still choose a hotel in the Nusa Dua area (it's safe, has a good environment, and is convenient for dining, shopping, transportation, and hospitals), but it might not necessarily be the Courtyard.

An excellent hotel with a wonderful atmosphere! My impressions of the service, rooms, and grounds were all very positive. The grounds are large, well-maintained, and secure. The highlight was definitely the abundance of squirrels running everywhere, even jumping onto our balcony! You can also feed them at the restaurant during breakfast. The hotel also has great, spacious pools. The staff are very friendly and responsive. Upon check-in, the reception immediately provided a schedule of activities (unfortunately, we couldn't participate this time, but the idea itself is great). The rooms are clean, housekeeping is thorough, and all necessities are restocked promptly. There's a wonderful, pleasant aroma in the lobby area. I was also pleased to find a billiards table for entertainment. Breakfasts were varied, with a great selection of dishes from different cuisines worldwide. A huge plus is having a private beach. A shuttle bus runs every hour to and from the beach, and there are always free spots available. A minor drawback: for the shopping transfer, one bus picks up guests from three hotels at once, which sometimes means there simply aren't enough seats inside. Overall, the vacation was a success, and I definitely recommend this hotel!

An established five-star hotel. The environment and service are both great. They have a private beach which isn't too crowded, and you can order food to your room. We even had squirrels coming to our balcony looking for food!

Good: location is great, next to massage and restaurants; Good located beach club- nice simple food also. Good service as Marriott member. Room is simple, but clean and equipped (but not good noise isolation as many hotels in Bali). Best part of my point of view - The Pool. Beautiful ! quiet place, warm water, good service!

Stayed in room 4316. There was a sewage smell coming from the drain at night, hoping for a minor fix. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach and a 50-minute walk to the walking street.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. This was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at in Bali, and the price wasn't too high. The staff were quick and efficient in handling any issues, the room was clean and spacious, and the pool was beautiful.

This resort has many great restaurants right outside, making dining incredibly convenient. If you want to go shopping, Bali Collection is within walking distance – it's like an outlet mall and a good place to browse. The hotel pool is also very nice for a dip, perfect for relaxing on a floating mat. The shuttle bus takes you to Nusa Dua beach, which is great for swimming or surfing, and there's a dedicated lounge area on the beach. The in-room facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself is spacious, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast is delicious, and overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Pretty good! The ground floor (G-level) can be a bit damp, but having direct outdoor access instead of just a balcony was actually better. It was so relaxing to take a bus for five or six minutes to the beach – truly a holiday vibe. The overall atmosphere was just fantastic. Enjoyed it!
