The environment is beautiful and the facilities are complete, perfect for a personal trip. It's very close to the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The mall also has many bars and activities, creating a wonderful vacation vibe.

环境：It's a large restort located in Nusa Dua which is a peaceful area, just suitable for vocation. The public area of the hotel is incredible as there have nice garden view, swimming pool which is just near to beach and surrounded by lush greenery. The sea view is beautiful though there are some rubbish on the beach after tide. 设施：though it's not a new modern hotel the facilities are under good maintenance. 服务：all the staffs are friendly. when check in at a late time they upgrade room for me. You can have breakfast at either of several restaurants. It's a pity that I only have few days here and can't explore all theses restaurants.

We stayed in a standard garden-view room, number four. **Amenities:** The third bed they set up was excellent, not just a simple sofa bed. However, being on the ground floor, the room felt very damp, and everything from the smell to the bedding felt wet. Soundproofing was poor; it was a connecting room with a locked door in the middle, and we could clearly hear conversations. I'd advise caution with this room type. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was good; I didn't find any issues there. The pool water, however, felt a bit subpar. **Environment:** The environment is very good, which is probably the biggest strength of the Grand Hyatt. It's garden-style with excellent design and aesthetics. **Service:** The service deserves praise. During pre-arrival communication, they arranged a free breakfast for the child and an extra bed, showing great enthusiasm. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was polite and excellent. There's a buffet on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and the classic dance performances were quite good. It costs 890k per person.

Staying here feels like being in a tropical village surrounded by lush gardens. The resort is huge, with four different areas: East, South, West, and North. Reaching your room from the lobby can take 5 to 10 minutes on foot, but luckily there are buggies circulating every 10 to 15 minutes if you're not in the mood for a walk. The rooms may not be the most modern, but they're well cared for and kept in excellent condition. The resort's private beach is a real gem, offering pristine sands, crystal-clear views, and plenty of Instagram-worthy photo spots. Breakfast never gets boring because you can choose from four different restaurants every morning, each offering a slightly different experience. Another big plus is the location. Bali Collection is just a short 3-minute stroll away, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel offers a shuttle service, but honestly, it's faster to walk than wait for the next bus. If you're looking for a resort that combines beautiful grounds, beach access, and convenience, this is definitely a place worth considering.

This is an older Grand Hyatt property, one of the more established 5-star hotels in Bali, located in the Nusa Dua 5-star hotel zone. This area has its own security, with all vehicles undergoing trunk checks upon entry and exit, making it extremely safe. The private beach is excellent, the landscaping is beautiful, and the water slide is also fantastic. The rooms even have a huge sofa bed, which is perfect for families with children! The location is superb as well; Bali Collection is right across the street, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. The only downside I can mention is that being an older hotel, the room facilities are a bit dated, but they are incredibly well-maintained. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing vacation experience. We happened to be there during an event on the hotel grounds, which was very noisy. Apparently, because of this event, there was also a long queue at the reception during check-in. We waited about 30 minutes for our turn. I booked a room with a garden view specifically hoping it would be quieter, as I knew the Hyatt had previously hosted lively events by the sea. So, at the reception, I asked for the quietest room possible. The staff member assured me that this was the case and even said they'd upgraded our room to a sea view. I thought the staff knew best and was happy about the upgrade, but to my surprise, there was a stage right under our window, and the music was so loud that the windowpanes were shaking. I'm not exaggerating. We had traveled for 3 hours from Amed and I had planned to get some rest. After an hour of talking at the reception, they finally moved us to a quieter room. This is the first time I've encountered such service, where the hotel is aware of specific inconveniences to guests but chooses not to address them. Another issue, though not as serious: if you don't reserve a table in advance at the hotel's main restaurant, you'll have nowhere to eat. The two other restaurants either charge extremely high prices or offer a rather bland Asian buffet. As a result, we ended up having dinner at the neighboring Merusaka hotel, where they didn't have this problem. Of course, you can also go outside the hotel grounds; there are some decent restaurants there. It's just that you don't expect a hotel of this caliber to have issues with dinner. On the plus side: the breakfasts are excellent, the grounds are very beautiful and spacious, and there are plenty of sun loungers.

The hotel is super, very large. By the time we figured out where everything was, it was almost time to go back 😆 The staff are very polite! The people are very friendly. There's Bali Collection with many cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops; we couldn't even eat everywhere in 5 days. The location is super! One big downside in Bali is that the water is very dirty. We used a filter, and it was dirty after just two showers! If possible, bring a filter.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic for a family vacation, and it was the best out of the four hotels we stayed at in Indonesia. Firstly, Bali is quite international, so there's a great selection of major international hotel brands. Secondly, people come to Bali mainly for the beaches and pools, so a hotel's environment and overall amenities need to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Grand Hyatt lived up to its brand and price in terms of cleanliness, facilities, activities, dining, and service. We spent five days relaxing at the hotel, which helped us recover from the exhaustion of visiting temples, waterfalls, and volcanoes in the preceding days. Kids could enjoy two hours of free childcare at the kids' club daily, participating in various activities, while adults could hit the gym. The rest of the time was spent at the beach and by the pool. We also rented bikes from the fitness center and cycled along the very long coastline. All in all, we had a very comfortable few days at the Grand Hyatt!

The hotel's public areas are great, with a large beach that's popular with Westerners and families vacationing with kids. The room facilities are a bit dated. I tried two breakfast spots, and the restaurant near the front desk was better. I'll definitely go back again.

I really like this hotel, so I'll give an objective review of my four-day stay. Cons: Personally, the only downside I found was that the rooms were a bit old and outdated. It was a bit hard to accept at first, but the hotel's other strengths eventually won me over. Pros: From my personal experience, I think there are many advantages. 1. The hotel environment is beautiful; the public areas are truly stunning. The garden landscape blends perfectly with the sea view. 2. The service is excellent. Every staff member is smiling and greets guests. 3. The location is fantastic, right by the beach. Bali Collection is just outside the hotel entrance. 4. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with both a pool and a gym. I didn't try the hotel activities, so I'm not sure about the specifics, but I did see a lively aqua aerobics session at the pool. 5. I think all the hotel restaurants are delicious (perhaps because I enjoy 'Westerner food'). I tried every one. Watercourt mainly serves Indonesian cuisine, which I also found tasty. But putting dietary preferences aside, the quality of ingredients and service in all hotel restaurants are excellent.

The hotel's public areas are beautifully designed and very spacious, and the pool is great too. The rooms are a bit old, but they're well-maintained and acceptable. The restaurant food is delicious. The room voucher offered excellent value for money; I regret not buying more at the time. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall, but we stayed in the hotel for both days and had a very comfortable time.

Kind of an old hotel/resort and the facilities and rooms are a bit dated, but the scale and location of this property is breathtaking, as is the service. The beach is excellent as well.

The hotel environment is excellent, with several accommodation areas and stunning views. The pool is huge, and the beach is much larger than the neighboring hotel's. I recommend a sea-view room; otherwise, most rooms are located in the interior garden area, quite a distance from the sea. You can swim in the morning when the tide is in, and even try foraging for seafood in the evening when the tide is out. The hotel has four or five restaurants, with four options for breakfast, and Japanese or Western choices for lunch and dinner. You'll never be bored at the hotel pool all day long.
