I have a very pleasant stay here. At 2014 back then when it is still Nikko, my brother had his wedding here and I appreciate the hotel still have their name hang in the wall near Wiwaha Chapel. The room is spacious and clean. The AC works really well. View from our room is so beautiful. Make sure to book the ocean view to enoy the beauty of Bali. We had Mexican dinner at Grain Restaurant, delicious food with Latin live band boost up the mood. Thank you Mrs. Sumerti for the hospitality during dinner. Definitely stay here if I visit Bali!

The sea view is great and the service is excellent, friendly and patient. However, check-out at noon was incredibly slow; I waited for almost an hour. Also, perhaps because it's by the sea, the blankets felt really damp.

The cliffside rooms offer great views. They're very spacious, clean, and feature a wet/dry bathroom separation, with each room having its own balcony. The hotel's toiletries are excellent, and they provide unlimited filtered drinking water daily. The hotel also organizes daily activities that guests can choose to join. Facilities: There are many swimming pools with clean water. There's also a beach pool, a favorite for kids, and a small private beach – not ideal for swimming, but perfect for a quick dip. Breakfast: It's decent, enough to fill you up. Surroundings: There's a construction site nearby, but it's not noisy, just a slight obstruction to the view. Transportation: It's quite far from the city center, so you'll need a taxi to get around. There are no convenience stores nearby.

The service attitude is great. The transportation is a bit far, so you have to leave early to get to the downtown area. The breakfast is rich. A new hotel is being built next door. The beach is said to be not as good as before. It's the first choice for those who just want to relax and don't mind the price.

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful. Taking panoramic photos from upstairs, with the incredibly blue sea, swimming pools, and palm trees, it looks just as stunning as in the promotional pictures. The hotel breakfast is very rich, and the small bananas served are exceptionally sweet. There are many pools, and they are all clean. Every staff member is smiling and provides excellent service. The only downside is that there's nothing to explore around the hotel, so dining options are limited to the hotel itself.

This hotel isn't very China-friendly. Considering how many Chinese guests stay here, it's surprising that no one speaks Chinese. While not a must-have, it does suggest a lack of attention to Chinese tourists. The breakfast offers a wide variety, but most dishes cater to Western tastes. During breakfast, I noticed that over half the guests were East Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean), yet they didn't even offer chopsticks for the noodles. Furthermore, there were a lot of ants in the room, and the curtains didn't block out light well. As soon as dawn broke, the room was severely lit, which disrupted my sleep. Now, for the main point. The villa I booked included both breakfast and dinner. On the second night, we went for dinner. The restaurant closed at 10 PM, and we arrived at 8:50 PM. Before I presented my complimentary meal voucher, the server at the entrance was all smiles. But the moment I showed the voucher, she immediately told me there was no food left. There were clearly plenty of Westerners still eating inside, yet she claimed there was nothing. I instantly felt discriminated against. However, being in a foreign country, I didn't press the issue. While I could have fought for my rights, I was starving at that point, so I let it go, deciding to vent my frustration in this review instead. I definitely won't be staying at Hilton Bali again in the future, and I'll be sure to tell my friends to avoid this hotel.

I really liked the room and the hotel itself. The rooms were clean, and they were tidied up every day. The breakfast was a buffet with a great variety.

Compared to other 5-star hotels, I think this one offers great value for money. It's suitable for kids, with a long slide that the children absolutely loved! The staff were all very enthusiastic. After breakfast, everyone enjoyed playing in the water... though the beach was just average.

Had the best resort experience! We had such a wonderful time, surrounded by vast, sprawling shores, a huge pool, and lush greenery – truly a rich and healing experience. I highly recommend it for a fantastic escape from the everyday. The room cleanliness was superb. The amenities were a bit basic, so it would be perfect if they were a little more extensive. The staff's service level was, as expected from Hilton quality, absolutely top-notch. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again!

Due to the typhoon, my return was delayed by two days. I switched from the Ritz to the Hilton. The pool was truly dirty, the water was murky, and there were way too many Indians. It felt more like an Indian guesthouse. The restaurant was like a huge Indian canteen. If you're looking for a hotel vacation, there's absolutely no need to book this place; it's far too low-grade.

Hilton never disappoints; everything was incredibly satisfying, even exceeding our expectations. From the teppanyaki and breakfast to the beachside dinner, kids' club, gym, tennis, spa, and outdoor movie nights – it's the top choice for family and parent-child trips! P.S. Their own visitor center shop has everything you need, no need to pack sunscreen or swimwear.

The hotel was very nice, the staff very friendly and swimming pool is super but we request for pool view but instead the pool view they “upgraded “ the room with sea view which actually “ construction view”, For the sofa at the room can be better for the cleanliness i advice can have the sofa cover for it

Service: Superb! The check-in area was comfortable, and the welcome tea was refreshing and exclusive. Since I needed breakfast at 2:30 AM the next day, the staff arrived a bit earlier to deliver delicious food. Ambiance: Every functional area was well-designed, blending traditional culture and art with modern and well-appointed facilities. It was excellent! Cleanliness: Room cleaning was very diligent.
