Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa Reviews

The villa is quite old including all the equipments, decorations etc. and the bed is really dirty, it seems that I was bite by the bugs all the night.

The hotel is very private. It is not a big hotel with many rooms, but the holiday atmosphere is great. The hotel breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is great. There is also free airport transfer, free shuttle bus, free minibar and free afternoon tea. The spa experience is also very good👍

Very old room. Strange solution with shower outside - not shower, but a stream of water, you have to wait for hot water for 5 minutes until cold water flows. The bathtub in the room is symbolically clean - it is unrealistic to wash in it. When checking in, we had to ask to clean the water in the open shower right away - it was already blooming and stinking. The breakfast at the hotel is terrible. The hotel grounds are terrible - gray walls and that's it. There is no gym. The beach near the hotel is terrible and there is a rotten smell at low tide. Very strange door closing system: you need to hang a padlock. They apparently have not heard of cards. And the final blow was the renovation on the territory. 2 neighboring villas were under renovation: scaffolding and knocking/drilling from 9 to 18 spoiled the aesthetic picture every day. On the plus side - they provide a roundtrip transfer to/from the airport, not far from the Bali Collection. Last year we were at the Amarterra hotel (on the other side of the Bali Collection). The price is the same, but the area is much more beautiful, the breakfast is great, the beach is 1000 times better and you can swim even at low tide. The only thing is that the villas are smaller there.

The service is very good. Afternoon tea is provided. The swimming pool in the independent courtyard was not used a few times. But the open-air shower is really too...you need to hold an umbrella or apply sunscreen to take a shower. When the shuttle bus goes to the hotel beach, Meow Meow likes to come over to eat and drink 😅

The hotel has a good environment. You can walk to the seaside from the swimming pool on the first floor. It is very close to the sea. It is very convenient to get to the seaside! The hotel staff are also quite friendly, the housekeeper is considerate and attentive, and provides a lot of convenience~

I booked a room with its own independent swimming pool. It is very large, the independent swimming pool is also very spacious, and the service is in place. The bed is a mosquito net type. The toilet and bathroom are outside the bedroom and open-air. Of course, privacy is no problem. The overall feeling is good.

My partner and I had the most incredible stay at Kayumanis private villa and spa in Nusa Dua, Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of traditional Balinese style mixed with luxury and privacy. Absolutely amazing. The private pool, stunning beach, and peaceful atmosphere made it the ideal getaway for relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the comfortable bedding to the delicious breakfast served each morning. The staff were amazing and attentive yet discreet with beautiful smiles, ensuring we had everything we needed while still enjoying our privacy. This was truly an unforgettable experience, especially Mr. Agung went over and beyond to make our first time visit a memorable one and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic and peaceful retreat.

We had the most amazing stay at Kayumanis! We commenced our stay in a one bedroom villa which was amazing and so private, and ended with a few nights in the stunning suite! The complex was immaculately maintained, the food and beverages were stunningly delicious and the staff were exceptional- they felt like family and went out of their way to anticipate and meet our every need, from the butlers, the reception staff, the drivers, the restaurant staff, the gardeners, all the staff who maintained our room- every single staff member was a credit to the company. We also enjoyed 6 hours of pampering across 4 visits to the spa and all the spa staff were brilliant!

We are half way through an 8 night stay. Service, food, accommodation and facilities are superb. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Attention to detail from our room staff has been much appreciated. Menus provide plenty of options especially if one likes Asian / Indonesian cuisine ( why would you come here if you didn’t ?). But if that’s not for you, pizza, pasta & burgers are available.

My wife have been holidaying in Bali for some years, and like to try different Villas to see which one is best suited to our needs. We are fussy travelers! We stayed 5 nights in a two bedroom villa and returned, after a short break in Seminyak, to stay a further 3 nights with a friend, with what we thought was going to be a two bedroom Villa, but were surprisingly upgraded to a three bedroom Villa, due to my error in booking the incorrect two bedroom Villa. From being picked up the airport by a very friendly Bayu, to being being driven around NUsa Dua by Made, to being greeted by the sweet, lovely receptionists - Erna, Ayu, Silvie and Naomi, to being spoilt by the breakfast and afternoon tea staff, to having our villas refreshed everyday by the hardworking cleaners and gardeners (who work tirelessly to maintain this amazing place), to being pampered by the spa team - Yuyun, Pita, Desi & Alit. The private Beach Club offers delicious food and beverages. The two restaurants (one Indonesian, the other Italian) provide a relaxing ambience and delicious food. The Managers, Sudana and Bagus, make ensure that your every request is attended to efficiently, with courtesy. My Wife and I would like to thank Kayumanis Nusa Dua for a most memorable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and relaxed. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and very helpful to check in process was an absolute breeze the on-site restaurants serve Italian or a mix of Asian cuisine, and we found the food to be of a very high standard and quite delicious the apartments or villas we stayed in had its own pool and was very secluded. At times we felt like we were the only people on the planet. The staff are intentive and helpful but very respectful as well. We would like to give a special mention to.Bagus, yuni and Eva, three of the staff members that stood out while they’re all exceptional we apologize we can’t remember all your name, but thank you so much for making us stay enjoyable as we said many times we will definitely be back. There is also an on-site shuttle service that will run you around. there is the Bali collective about 3 km down the road for the shoppers and they are various beachfront restaurants a short walking distance away . While kayumanis is not on the beach, they have direct access to their own beach club, which is very refreshing because if you do want to go and sit down the beach, you won’t have any trouble getting a lounge and they also have their own cocktail bar and food bar Overall we were delighted with our Kayumanis experience at Nusa Dua.

We were at Kayumanis for our HoneyMoon trip and both of us are very satisfied with the quality of Kayumanis Nusa Dua hotel. The service is brilliant and the Villa is clean and relaxing. You have full privacy in your Villa. The pool is very clean and the rooms are cosy. To escape the hot weather you can stay in the rooms with cooling ACs. You have free internet connection and TVs in each room. The service is available for your desires with an integrated phone system. Nusa Dua is the quieter place of Bali so you can escape from the city chaos to relax. The beach is also close to the hotel. We spend 2 weeks in Kayumanis hotel and I am already missing it on my way back home.
