The hotel is comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious... and there's a free beach club area, which is perfect for families.

We booked a 2-bedroom suite with a private pool. The room was very clean and spacious. We asked for assistance a few times and the staff responded really quickly. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, and there was also a kids' corner. The hotel has direct access to the beach club. I highly recommend it

It was a family vacay for me and quite dissapointed with the custumer service at the hotel but first of all i want to say thanks to acknowlagde my bday anyway so this is special moment for me to xlebrate it with my fams i booked 2 suite room 1 BR and 2 BR but they UPGRDE my 1 BR to 2 BR it was DOWNGRADE for me cus the loc was sickning 1 is room 107 and 1 is 302 u know if u know how insane far 1 and another and ur staicse n lift so faraway the nearest lift was unvable that was insane I order room service and took me 3 hours from 11 am to 2 pm jus bcus iam the one who follow up my order amd the reason ur staff said was crowded and i explain if it was crowded order that should be a line for order first in first out should be follow just said if they're forget to place that order closed the case with appologize is more than enough for me tho 2nd of all i had my dinner in vue at 6.20 pm the host let me in and charge it right away for me to sign bill for 1.6K for 5 which mean avarage price for 5* and it wasnt worth it at alland after sitted i look around there is no more food on the buffet dinner line ur staff said wait so i waited 20 min and nothing coming at 6.50 pm i left the table and call spv in charge and spoke to him but nothing has been change it was misserqble poor service for 5* hotel like LV8 When there is a complain ur staff didnt handle is well cus there is nothing hapend till i check out and i spoke with ur FO desk agent was too late but i want them to know WHAT A SERVICE As a hotelier i dont want to create a big problem and i could if i want too but u should be trained ur staff well how to handle a complain not just said sorry There is a LAST Listen Appologise SOLVE THANKS that is what cust expect but it didnt hapnd anyway LV8 u r unbelivble 5* hotel iam sorry not sorry to said that Regard

The staff were genuinely very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I want to emphasize this because my disappointment absolutely does not concern the employees, who did their best and deserve all my respect. However, regarding the hotel itself, the experience was extremely disappointing. For the price, the facilities, comfort, and overall quality of services are largely insufficient. The rooms are very basic, almost stark, the hotel feels almost deserted and cold, and we had the impression of staying in an establishment that had just opened and wasn't truly ready to receive guests. We simply didn't feel comfortable there. Therefore, we wanted to cut our stay short, not because of a change in plans or a voluntary cancellation, but because we were deeply disappointed by the overall service. Despite this, no refund, not even a partial one, was accepted. I find this policy particularly regrettable. When a customer expresses such significant dissatisfaction with the actual quality of their stay, an establishment should at least try to find a commercial solution. Here, we felt that no effort was made, neither on the service provided nor on the policy applied to guests, while prices remain very high compared to the experience offered. This is my fourth stay in Bali, including several long ones, and it's the first time I've been so disappointed by a hotel. Just before LV8, we had spent three days in another, less expensive establishment. The difference was indescribable: that hotel was exceptional and offered a truly unique, warm, and authentic experience. Once again, I want to distinguish the staff from the management and the hotel's policy: the LV8 staff were truly lovely. The problem, in my opinion, stems from the value for money, the lack of services, and especially the complete lack of flexibility when the experience offered clearly does not meet the expected standard.

Its a 5 star hotel yet i'd rate it 3 at best. The hotel is dated, old and poorly maintained. The mirrors in the bathrooms have blackened edges, door handles and taps are all rusty. Certain decorations in the room are filled with dust. Overall environment was pretty quiet but wouldnt ever stay again. Staff were lovely though

We booked a 2-bedroom villa with a private pool for our family of five, intending it purely as a place to sleep. Unfortunately, the private pool in our room was dirty and uninviting. The facilities are old, and the hallways felt a bit dark, possibly due to the lighting. However, the hotel's main pool was just as beautiful as imagined and offered direct access to the beach, which was lovely. The location is a bit inconvenient for getting around, being deep in Canggu, so I recommend leaving early to avoid traffic. On the plus side, there's a nightclub nearby, making it easily accessible if that's what you're looking for. Overall, we were satisfied!

even though we got a suite far away from elevator while traveling with wheelchair, accessibility is quite goo

Nice place to stay and staff are friendly and helpful. Just little things that needs updating like there equipment for the gym, furniture and kids play area. Unable to connect to tv unless you have chromecast or Netflix account to sign in.

The resort was well managed and the room was very spacious!!
