This hotel has everything. Clean, spacious modern rooms, fantastic smorgasbord breakfast, beautiful pool, great location, excellent service and the most wonderful polite and caring staff. My favorite hotel in Bali. I will stay there again.

What you pay is what you get so don t compare this hotel with a 4 or 5 star hotel. Foremost the staff are very polite. As for the furniture , it looks really old and dirty. Will cost the owner a lot to retrofit. It's more than an hour' s walk to Kuta beach which I later visited and not found it to be cleaned. The air con is cold but a bit noisy.

I got this room due to the closeness to the airport and the overall reviews/price. The pictures look amazing online. That is not the true case for this particular hotel. The hotel staff and the breakfast buffet were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. However the hotel itself is gets a below average in my opinion. The room was very outdated and the bathroom was dirty and had a smell to it. The hotel shower water did not get hot, just barely warm. I wore my slippers inside the room the whole time just due to the fact I didn’t want my bare feet to touch the ground. This was a transient hotel for me so it did the job but I would not recommend if you are looking for something average and not so much money. There are other hotels that can manage that need.
Also there seem to be a lot of guest transitioning that were very loud and early in the morning. Not a hotel if you want quiet. It is near a busy intersection so you do hear the motorbikes as well. The walls are thin and all I could hear when someone left there room was the slamming of the door. It was so loud.
