5 stars aren't enough, it deserves at least 10! With this kind of environment, service, comfort, and value for money, you really can't ask for anything more.

Nestled two kilometers from the bustling heart of Ubud, this hotel offers a serene and exclusive retreat, providing a peaceful sanctuary amidst the holiday hubbub. The resort's overall ambiance is exquisite, with a distinctly Japanese-inspired style. The design is understated yet elegant, featuring lush lawns, rice paddies, and tranquil ponds adorned with blooming water lilies. Banana leaves provide natural shade, while frangipani flowers are in full bloom. The brown louvers are beautiful, seamlessly blending with the room's decor. The banana leaves outside the window offer both privacy and a picturesque view. The small private pool in the villa faces the vibrant green rice fields, creating a truly delightful setting. The showerhead was immaculate. We brought our own filter showerhead and used it for two days without any discoloration or sediment buildup. The butler quietly services the room daily, closing the door in the evening and opening the door and windows in the morning, all while you are out. Complimentary services include daily fresh fruits such as snake fruit, guava, bananas, and mangosteens, all of which were large and fresh. Upon departure, we were even given rice harvested from the resort's own paddies. The mini-bar is replenished daily for free, and three types of alcoholic beverages are complimentary. Free transportation to the city is arranged during the day. There's a wide array of activities available: rice paddy trekking, where local organic farming philosophies are explained, offering a glimpse into village life; morning yoga for a tranquil experience; special dance performances and dinners every Tuesday and Friday; daily laundry service for up to six items; and a complimentary tennis court (including four rackets and five tennis balls) that can be reserved. They also recommended visiting the nearby Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave), where temples and jungle scenery unfold before your eyes. The exclusive butler service is very modern and efficient. A WeChat group is set up for guests, allowing you to simply send a message for any requests. It's very introverted-friendly and responses are prompt.

Unexpectedly good! As a resort hotel, it makes you not want to leave. I felt incredibly relaxed at the hotel, and the service was very attentive. Breakfast is à la carte and freshly made; I've tried everything on the menu over my three-day stay. The service is excellent, and there's a WeChat group specifically for Chinese guests. Thanks to the limited number of rooms, the staff are almost always ready to assist with any request, which I really appreciated. They also offered complimentary spa treatments and laundry service. Every afternoon, there's afternoon tea and cocktails. The hotel even has an Instagram-famous Kyoto-style café, which is constantly busy with people taking photos. The morning rice paddy walk with the guide was fantastic; he was so enthusiastic and taught us a lot about Balinese culture and architecture – truly impressive!

A fantastic Ubud experience. Tanah Gajah, a Resort by Hadiprana itself is a highlight of Ubud. Enjoying breakfast with the breeze blowing through the open-air dining area while admiring the rice paddies is truly a delight.

We booked a two-bedroom villa, which was spacious and roomy. The beds in the twin room were a bit small, and I'd suggest upgrading them to a larger size. The mini-bar was complimentary and refilled daily, and we also received free snacks every day. The staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The hotel environment was also great for photos. I had two SPA treatments, both of which were very comfortable; one was complimentary, and the other I paid for, and the price was very reasonable. My only complaint is that the hotel's food was mediocre, both for breakfast and dinner. It seems to be a common issue in Bali. We booked a candlelight dinner, and the ambiance and service were fantastic; they even gave us a complimentary cake. Additionally, some of the hotel's tableware and chairs are noticeably old and could use an upgrade. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to friends.

The hotel's service was, in our opinion, the best we've ever encountered. As soon as my friend and I arrived at the front desk, a butler added us on WeChat and created a dedicated service group for us. Then, they drove us around the resort in an electric cart, explaining the routes to the gym, restaurants, spa, and front desk because the resort was simply massive. Every evening before 6 PM, there's a free shuttle service to Ubud city center. You can call for a car anytime by contacting the butler in the WeChat group. The complimentary afternoon tea at 4 PM every day was also delicious. Our private pool was cleaned daily, the water was very clean, and the filtered showerhead remained white even after three days. My friend also tried the photography service, and she said she really liked the photographer and the beautiful photos. Every day, the mini-bar and various alcoholic beverages, including whiskey, gin, and vodka, were replenished for free. Guests also received a 20% discount on the hotel's spa services. The gym was well-equipped too; I worked out while my friend was getting her photos taken. Staying here was truly comfortable, and we didn't want to leave at all.

As we were leaving, my daughter said the thing she missed most was not hearing the birds sing in the morning. For three nights, she had grown fond of the birds' 'wake-up call' every dawn, and I gradually felt that, compared to 'military-style' tourism, staying here a few extra days might be more worthwhile. The hotel, spanning 6 hectares, features only 24 suites and villas. Rooms are scattered among rice paddies, lotus ponds, swan lakes, and lawns, with sculptures and art installations lining the paths. It's common to see small animals passing by; it's just part of daily life on the estate. On the day we arrived, staff first drove us around to familiarize us with the estate. When we returned to our room, fruits, snacks, and a welcome card reading 'Your home away from home' were already prepared. At first, it felt like a polite gesture, but after three nights, it truly resonated. I really loved the service here. The staff rarely interrupted guests but were always there when needed: someone offered us cold towels upon returning from outside, afternoon tea was delivered poolside while we swam, sunset cocktails were served in the evening, and fruits, snacks, and the mini-bar were replenished daily. Regarding the room, my favorite feature was the semi-open-air bathroom. Sunlight streamed in during the day, and at night, I could hear the chirping of insects and the rustling of leaves; the space was generous, and privacy was excellent. Photos can capture its light and materials, but it's hard to replicate the feeling of being surrounded by the tropical ambiance of Ubud. Towards the end of our stay, our activity radius grew smaller. Breakfast and main meals were primarily at Tempayan, where the food was consistently good, and the surrounding scenery made us want to linger. Kurasu, a popular cafe at the hotel, drew many tourists daily for coffee, but as guests, we could just walk downstairs to enjoy it. We spent most of our time by the pool and on the lawn, and in the evening, we watched a Kecak fire dance. Our itinerary wasn't packed, but we were never bored. 1. The family-friendly experience here is on the quieter side, suitable for children who enjoy swimming and animals. There are no water slides or large playgrounds, making it more ideal for families willing to slow down together. Upon check-out, the hotel gifted us a bag of rice grown on the estate. It was a simple gift, yet it brought the rice paddies we'd seen over those three days home in the most natural way. After leaving, looking at 'Your home away from home' on the welcome card no longer felt like a mere courtesy. Photos captured the hotel's appearance, but that bag of rice brought the essence of this estate into our lives back home.

The hotel offers excellent privacy; it's quiet and not crowded. The common areas are unique, and an evening stroll around them is very pleasant. The spa, located in a small house by the rice paddies, has skilled staff, and I felt very relaxed after my treatment. All the service staff were lovely; they created a dedicated WeChat group after check-in for prompt service. We watched a fire dance at the hotel, which was a cool and unique experience. We drank the water and ice provided by the hotel, and no one in my family had any issues. However, the room's detailed cleaning wasn't up to par. There were residual water stains on the sofa, cobwebs in the corner of the toilet, and the showerhead was quite old (I'd recommend bringing your own). Also, despite being given mosquito spray, it was completely ineffective, and we were bitten all night long.

Nice hotel and excellence spa, I had message 1 hr and foot massage, pedicure etc, highly recommended. Staffs are friendly and hotel is nice view and quiet .

This hotel is actually pretty good, quite high-quality. The à la carte breakfast is excellent, and it's also a good idea to go early for afternoon tea. If you're a drinker, the mini-bar, as well as the whiskey, vodka, and gin in the room, will surely satisfy you. The service attitude is also good. Overall, I'd give it a 90 out of 100!

We stayed as a family and booked 3 days at this hotel. After a long flight from Moscow, this hotel was 200% perfect. Complete relaxation, the food was simply fantastic, and the service was luxury class. We really enjoyed it. The grounds were magnificent and beautiful. Lots of different perks when booking.

I was very satisfied with my experience this time. The service was very attentive. The hotel offers free yoga classes and a one-hour farm tour. There's also a private butler service; just let them know in the group chat if you need anything.

The food, accommodation, and entertainment were so abundant and amazing – this was definitely my favorite hotel in Bali! It's as beautiful as a park. You absolutely don't need to leave the hotel in Ubud. The coffee shop serves delicious and affordable coffee, and the afternoon tea and sunset cocktails were fantastic. The complimentary snacks were exceptionally tasty, and dinner was also superb. All in all, everything was absolutely perfect. Five-star rating!
