Hotel Santika Siligita Nusa Dua Reviews

The hotel is very well located at one of the main streets in Nusa Dua, with a very nice swimming pool and polite staff. Those are the only good things I can say about this hotel. When we got to our room, I found some lipstick spots on the head rest of the bed, and when I looked more carefully, I' found BLOOD stains at the head rest. The sheets and linen are dirty and stained, hair on the floor near the bed, smell of mould in the room and you can see the mould stains all over the walls and ceiling. Disgusting! They moved me to a new room which had all the problems described above, with the exception of the blood stains and the staff tried to accommodate us the best way they can, but the ownership/management has to start working properly to solve those issues. The breakfast has enough western options and a great variety of Indonesian food, which me and my gf found great! Not recommended at all!

+ We loved our stay in Santika! The staff was very welcoming and friendly! Very nice that they have shuttles to the beach, wouldn’t book this hotel without it. - the twin beds are quite narrow, we had a room facing the road and it was a bit noisy, the walk to the beach is about 20 minutes Breakfast was okay. There were some western and Indonesian options.

Pros: quick check in with friendly staff. Location is good if you plan to stay near the beach. Easier to access the most famous beaches to the south by taxi. The facility is clean and the pool is well maintained, very good for a night swimming. Nice view from balcony. There are some supermarkets close by for daily necessities. Every day cleaning service. Neutral: breakfast is boring. Usually fried rice and noodles with some local toppings. No real western options only muesli and croissant. Cons: room is relatively small. the beds aren’t the most comfortable - just okey. The room is rather dark especially the bathroom with no natural light only bad lighting. Even makes shaving a huge challenge where I ended up using flashlight. No hangers to dry wet close. Even though Bali is famous for coffee the coffee served for breakfast is outrageous. Not to mention if you want to have like a cappuccino it is not included in your breakfast and have to pay. Not the hotel’s fault but the hotel and the neighborhood is packed with Russians often drunk and shouting which can be really disturbing if you trying to find your inner peace.

good hotel, if you choose or like this area I think it is a good option. Everything was okay. location a bit far from seaside and I am not a big fan of Nusa Dua beach but hotel itself is 10 of 10
