"Staff is great, reception is working 24/7, nice breakfast, wonderful pool. We liked it, only some of linen and towels were repeatedly dirty with some spots or dotes - we asked to change but every time 1 of 4 was spoiled again. Total score is 4,7 out of 5. Thank you Nadi Hotel for amazing hospitality 🤝"

Eden Hotel Kuta Bali ★★★★
"This was a very disturbing hotel experience, and I did not feel safe staying here. I brought a hidden camera detector, and it repeatedly reacted to an object on the ceiling that appeared to be a smoke detector. While I cannot confirm what it was, this raised serious concerns for me. In addition, the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel were unacceptable. There were visible stains on the pillowcases, and the room had a strong bleach smell. The phone line quality was extremely poor, making communication almost impossible. I also noticed dead cockroaches in the hallway. I requested assistance regarding an issue with the safe, but no one came to help. Due to these concerns, I decided to check out immediately as I did not feel comfortable or secure staying here. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying at this hotel carefully assess the environment upon arrival and proceed with caution."
