The experience there's so good. This hotel staff is best for all of the services. I would recommend this hotel for sure. We have a lil bloodstain on our sheets and they didn't charged it. The only thing that matters is the water in Bukit not really good, yeah its not only for this hotel but for all hotel in Bukit Jimbaran due to the source of water. There's also time for the water heater, would be more pleasure if the heater on 24 hours, kinda cold showering late at night hehe. The view suits the price. Thank Maxone @Bukit Jimbaran, would comeback.

For everyone's reference, Denpasar Airport is down to the airport taxi to Uluwatu is generally a price of 25W, but at the time traffic jam, the master chose to go around the path, and finally went to the hotel master to ask for 30W. There are some parking spaces next to the hotel entrance that can be parked. The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but Google Maps can be found at once. The remote advantage is that the hotel is relatively quiet. We felt that there were not many tourists when we stayed on October 5, and many of the rooms were empty. The food in the hotel is relatively affordable, and the juice is very tasty. The dishes are Chinese, Indonesian, Korean, etc. There are many choices for breakfast, choose in advance and then arrange the next morning delivery. There is also a large heated swimming pool outside the restaurant, and no one is haha when we swim. Speaking back to the room, there is a private pool in the reserved room, which is the most important factor in our decision. But the wooden boards around the pool are really too many and too many ants! They kept hovering around, and I asked the waiter to come over and clean up, but only a waiter took a broom and swept it a few times. After a while, it was a bunch of ants, and they climbed into the room. Room facilities are good, Jacuzzi also has something. The view from the room is very good, especially when the weather is good. We only stayed for one night, and when we left, we were a bit reluctant to go here. The attitude of the hotel staff is very good.

This is a extremely good experience! The pool and the view are extraordinary , the breakfast is great, the staff are all nice, joyful and helpful. I would recommend everyone to this with such price. The only cons would be the spa price are too expensive. But this is my own problem.

We stayed at the Jumeirah as the last leg of our honeymoon following 5 nights at the Capella and 5 nights at the Four Seasons. These were activity based stats and Jumeirah at Uluwatu was the relax and recharge around the pool and beach. The hotel design and decor is stunning and our villa was incredible. Can’t fault it. However, amenities and inconsistent service really lets this hotel down. The good stuff: - e-butler service via WhatsApp was brilliant. In- room dining, great! -Marcel on concierge went above and beyond, he couldn’t do more for us! - Our in-room servicing team were super and made us towel animals everyday leaving us notes during our stay which was lovely. The not so good stuff: - Food was nice, but just ok. Poached eggs on toast… toast was burnt everyday and poached eggs watery. Omelette came out with whipped egg whites like you’d make in a pudding (very strange) and with alternative ingredients from your original order if they had run out of something. But, without consulting you. I was intolerant to one of the substituted ingredients. Similarly, I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail and they made it alcoholic. Little things like this can’t happen. - Unorganised and overly attentive service in restaurants. You have about 5 people waiting your table so you can’t enjoy your breakfast/ lunch or dinner without constantly being interrupted being asked the same question. You feel watched and pounced on during the meal so you can’t actually relax. Before you have finished your last mouthful and putting your cutlery down they are already whipping away your plate even if others at the table are still eating or you are still chewing your last mouthful of food. - Slow service in both restaurants and pool bar. Whilst quick to take your order and hovering, it took a minimum of 15mins to deliver your drinks with food sometimes beating your drinks to the table. If you’d ordered a frozen drink it had basically melted before it reached your table. Or they would deliver half your order and the rest would follow 10mins later so you were always chasing up food and drink and wondering if they got your order wrong. - We ordered a tuna salad and the salad came without the Tuna. The Tuna was then delivered separately 10mins later… - ordered an omelette and the toast came out 10mins before. - It doesn’t cater for western clients. Both how they execute basic western dishes and more broadly on culture. As a female, I was often ignored and only my husband was addressed. They would never hand me the bill, this always was passed to my husband, and they only ever asked him questions directly and ignored me entirely which I found rude and insulting. Classic western food on their menu was often excited on poorly. - No atmosphere around the pool. Play some soft background music. We found guests playing music themselves via their phone. We didn’t overly mind this but it shows they were all feeling the same and I wouldn’t expect at a 5* hotel to have peopl

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, the location was great and easy to find on the map, it’s very convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, smiles on their faces and greetings were a regular thing. I also enjoyed the view from my balcony I could see the golf course as well as the great scenery of nature, it was so refreshing. The pool just outside was also one of my favorite things to enjoy at the resort. Was just a bit disappointed with the amenities in the room, they didn’t have any body lotion, really needed it. There was also an unpleasant smell in the elevator, I hope they can fix that soon. Other than that this is a great place to stay whenever you are close to Uluwatu.

Completely absent cleaning, colonies of mites in the bed have reactivated my allergy to dust and I have red spots on my arms. The towels were hardly ever changed and if changed they were reported dirty and the toilet paper looked like Klondike gold. Finally, the nicest thing was the breakfast: they tell you that it is included but coffee-type drinks are paid for, but they don't have a fixed price, that is, one day we paid 30,000 rupees for coffee, the second 41,000, the third 51,000 and the last even 61,000 .. and when we asked for an explanation, they told us it wasn't true. All in all, a really crap place. Only thing the location is beautiful and the pool as well but honestly with such a dirty room and such bad service I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Check-in was delayed as the housekeeping department needed more time to ensure that the room is in good condition. Stayed in the Buyan room for 3 days, 2 nights and was disappointed with how noisy the room was; the noise came from the pool and it is constantly noisy. I also requested to borrow a universal plug but service staff mentioned that all of theirs were on loan to others. Even till the next day, there isn't one that was provided to me. Thankfully a staff was kind enough to lend me his personal charger for a few hours upon request. The entire stay at the villa was not entirely a pleasant one. For instance, the bath tub is faulty and water keeps draining away. During check-out, I was also accused of drinking a can of Cola from their mini-bar. Villa is about a 10 minute walk away from the main road. Pros: friendly staff, good dining options at the main road, lift access to the room, complimentary drinking water, spacious room Cons: as mentioned above

Best Western Kamala Jimbaran is a good location if you are visiting the nearby theme park. Starting off from the best to the worst experience: Room: 4/5 Room was a queen bed. It is considerable spacious but does need improvement in cleanliness such as the paint marks on the balcony. For the price point, I would say its above average. Check in/out: 3/5 The staff was not so well prepared about my arrival and my membership, till it was shown. The process was slightly slow, and certain request such as late check out was shorten till 1pm. The place was very empty and considering the membership status, it was eligible till 4pm. Not a big fuss, but other hotels would glad provide a greater extension. Environment: 3/5 Good, the place is quite small but it is easy to navigate to where you want to go from the toilet to the elevator. The decors were just alright, it isn't speculator or has any superb feel about it. However, the price point kind of justify the means. Security: 3/5 Security officers were at times present but not always at certain time. Pool & Gym: 3/5 The pool was quite boring and doesn't have an attractive appeal since it has a corner cut design, which doesn't make much sense who would actually use it. However, its decent for a splash. Did not use the gym. Overall, the place is good for the price point. Its not spectacular, but its sufficient to get you going around the area of Jimbaran.
