The room is clean and spacious although it's an old hotel but it very well maintained. Location is very good in Sanur, beachfront and near mertasari beach. It has a beautiful large garden. Dinner at the Basilico Italian is nice with nice food and friendly staff. Breakfast is also good, with enough variety of food and taste good. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Two of three of our room have an issue with air conditioner but the complaint is responded immediately and solved. Definitely family resort

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.

Amazing place! A bit far from the city centre of Ubud as this place is located around a forest/jungle. Having a car or arranged driver is a must. Otherwise, big problem to get around. We had our personal tour guide/driver named Yogi! He toured us around Bali! He had vast intelligence of Bali!! He was patient and understanding, passionate about his job and always so kind and smiling and just beyond exceptional! Would personally request for him again when we come back to Bali! Our stay here was wonderful! It had everything we wanted! The room views were incredible as well as the staff! Every single staff looked after us and very attentive, kind and provide topnotch service. They were all lovely! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful view and cold swimming pool with a view, this is perfect! Monkeys were present as well on the surrounding areas! Food was fantastic, very well presented and tasty! Amazing breakfast and dinner! The complimentary afternoon tea was also available which made us more welcomed as well as welcome drinks and wipes! Such an incredible hotel! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ALL THE STAFF HERE WERE AMAZING!!!!! My boyfriend and myself were really pleased we stayed here! Extended 1 more night to and given special discount! plus when you book a tour with them! EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL!

Great hotel for families with kids. Pool is amazing and lots of activities to keep.the kids entertained. Pool is huge! Rooms were nice and modern, just had Juliet balconies though. Large buffet breakfast was good. Location is ok in Kuta - opposite the beach and shirt walk to Beach walk shopping centre and other shops, restaurants, massage places etc. Enjoyed our 3 day stay before moving to Legian for the rest of our holiday. Would stay again.

Strategic Cliff location with scenic view of the Nusa Dua seaside as I stayed in the Cliff Tower - executive room 914 and later 1014 Excellent customer service - polite, friendly and accommodating staff always smiling & greetings guests Very comfortable, spacious executive room with a balcony which overlooks the pools, garden and beach area. Very big spread of food & drink variety in Grain restaurant. Healthy and good taste Good selection of wines and fruit drinks in the executive lounge. The snack food were little options and always not enough - room for improvement here. The fitness centre at L1 is spacious but only basic equipment with some free weights. Would need more equipment such as lat pull down, bench/shoulder press, legs extension & curls. Overall excellent stay and will look forward to future holidays here.

Fantastic service from reception, lobby, pool and restaurant staff. Special compliments to Mr Adiputra who was working at the pool/restaurant area. He was attentive to each guests and very polite. The reception/room staff also helped decorate the room for us newly weds. The room with ocean view was good. There was a day where the water in the bathtub was not that clean (it happens even at other places at Bali), but that was solved quickly the next day after our feedback. Hence the quick response was very much appreciated. One thing to note is that the hotel lobby pickup point is not located on Grab app. You would need to walk down a stairs from the hotel that’s linked to the beachwalk mall drop off point. Just a small inconvenience.

My wife and Myself have just returned from our 21st visit to Bali Tropic Resort where we stayed for 10 Nights.It was a spur of the moment visit and as usual it was a Great experience.As soon as we walked up the stairs we were welcomed by all Staff and we new we were at our second home.Our accomodation was ready for us as usual very clean and welcoming.As usual we went with the All-inclusive option which makes it a very relaxing Holiday.The Meal Menu improves every visit and the new Chef takes a keen interest on our thoughts and our input.We will be returning in Late June with my 15 strong family to celebrate my daughters 40 th birthday and my 70 th and they can’t wait .I again emphasise that Bali Tropic resort is the best Hotel in Bali

Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special

Great hotel right on the beach, also about 15min walk from the mall with shops and restaurants. The room is cozy, comfortable beds, nice garden view. The bathtub is a bit too small, and the sockets for the double room are in the middlr of the wall bed, making it hard to charge the phones at night. The cleaning was fine but they could have cleaned the sand off the floor a bit better too. The pool is great, with many activities. The gardens and whole areas of the hotel are beautiful and well kept. The breakfast is fantastic, with lots of options for all tastes. The beach is nice and clean, with lots of sunbeds. The pool and beach srrvice could improve, it takes a long time for anyone to come get the order. Also the prices of the hotel are too expensive, so it is worth going to the mall for a meal. If you get the all inclusive package, for sure it is much more worth it. Great stay and great holiday at the hotel.

The Intercontinental Hotel is one of the best in Bali. The service at the hotel is at the highest level! Daily cleaning, and very attentive staff. Restaurants with very tasty food, there are 6 or more of them, a sooo large main pool and many more on the territory, a children's area, shops with clothes and souvenirs, there is also a schedule of various events that are held at the hotel, in general, here you will find an amazing rest and leisure.
