Ramada Properties in Bali

Booked a Superior room which is the cheapest type. The hotel lobby was nice and service is friendly. Room was quite basic for the price range but clean. It didn't have nice view and the aircon system was noisy. Location wise, not much around but the Seminyak area is close by car. Lovely pool and resto area for this price range. There are other nicer room types which have a pool view and even direct access. I recommend booking room categories other than the cheapest type. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.

I was under impression that this is the international chain of Ramada Hotels and expected a certain standard... But it turned out to be a rather dated lodging. The room itself was spacious That's a huge plus point. The staff were typical Balinese warmth. We were given ”Deluxe” room which is an upgrade. This simply meant that there is a balcony for smoking. Do not expect any view from the balcony. It also means that you get noise from outside environment. Not recommended for light sleepers. The toilet is clean enough. However, the water pools a bit and leaves grime so your feet feels icky with slime. I recommend a pair of bathroom slippers.
