The Wangsa Benoa

Nusa Dua Bali|0.24km from Tea Tree Spa Nusa Dua
Stayed in a 2br villa pool. The villa is large open plan 1 king bed in living area down stairs and 1 king bed up stairs (stairs not suitable for children) no privacy. The private pool is lovely and large but very difficult to get in and out- no rail and large steps. 1 toilet and 1 outdoor shower - very open (we did have a neighbour look down into the shower area).excellent full size fridge. The out door kitchen had no matches to light hot plate, 1 frying pan, no bowl or teaspoons or tea towel. Had to ask for toilet paper 2x- they leave 1 small roll in the villa. No breakfast offered. I had asked about breakfast prior to arriving and was told it could be arranged- then on arrival told not available. Small shop nearby to buy some groceries. Reception is not 24hrs as stated on website, no transfer offered. Problem with air conditioner upstairs- dripping water and smoke coming from. We asked for it to be checked. Power out in villa for 1 night- with no reception we could not get anyone in to fix- it was an electrical short. Hot night no aircon/fridge defrosted our food spoiled, water all over the floor from defrosting. I sent email to hotel and phoned to try contacting with no luck until we found a staff member (gardener)who called maintenance at 7am. My email back from office said sorry but we’ve fixed the problem now. The hotel made no further contact with us or offer to compensate for loss of our food. I use medical device for sleep and could not use this without electricity. On checkout we had no assistance with luggage- I had informed office the day before that we were leaving at 7.30-8am; I collected my deposit from office and handed key back at 7am. Locals say it looks like the Wangsa is very old now and not well maintained. I have visited Bali 13 times and love the Benoa area this was the worst villa/hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I did not expect 5 or even 4 star facilities for the price I payed but I expected what was advertised on web site and other sites to be offered. I understand Covid has made an impact-but be honest in advertising and communication with guests and follow up when problems occur. Luckily this experience hasn’t affected my view of Bali and I’ll go back- just not to The Wangsa

The rush to Bali was mainly for taking wedding photos. I didn't expect the hotel to give us such a wonderful trip. 1. About pick-up and drop-off: free pick-up and drop-off from hotel, and then free pick-up and drop-off in Nusa Dua area ... I have trouble picking up and dropping off the hotel ten times in the past few days ... Thank you again! 2. Regarding accommodation: The hotel's indoor environment is very comfortable. The pool is cleaned every day. The water temperature is suitable. The lady at the front desk asked me whether the temperature of the water is cold or not and I need to adjust it ... very sweet. The interior and exterior of the room are very clean and tidy. There are several indoor and outdoor mosquito coils and electric mosquito coils. I didn't even get a bite in Bali! Happy to die! 3. About breakfast: There are many packages to choose from. Chinese and American breakfasts are recommended. Bread and fried noodles can no longer be delicious. I want to go back to China ... floating breakfast requires a separate meal. The cost is about 150 yuan, which is not expensive! 4. About the wine list: In the evening, my husband asked for vodka and whiskey and milkshake in the hotel ... The milkshake is super delicious ... The wine does not have Chinese but can understand basic English. There is a free beer, cola, and sprite in the refrigerator, just drink it. Drink prices are reasonable! 5. About the location: It is safe and quiet in the quiet and luxurious hotel group of Nusa Dua, which is very suitable for vacation ⛱️ It is next to Nusa Dua beach and only five minutes walk from the hotel, super convenient. There is also a free shower service when you return from the beach, even if you have checked out, you can come back to shower! 6. About the spa: There is a separate spa villa in the hotel, and staying at the hotel will give us 30mins free spa service for each person. spa prices are more reasonable! Don't miss it! Thanks again to the front desk, housekeeper, driver, and all service staff! Whenever you need them, they will do everything for you! love kyumanis! love bali!

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!
The Benoa Beach Front Villas & Spa

Nusa Dua
The hotel is next to the Intercontinental, the back door is the seaside, and there is a small courtyard at the door. The location and price are indeed value-for-money. You need to bring your own slippers. The water is a bit salty. It is best to buy two more large bottles of mineral water for brushing your teeth and washing your face.

Clean and tidy hotel for the money, friendly staff. Boring breakfast, old mattresses, some rooms are very noisy due to the air conditioning system working outside
The Royal Santrian
4.7/558 Reviews
Nusa Dua
The Royal Santrian exceeded our expectations regarding the quality of the Private Villa and the levels of service. Despite being located within a relatively built up area within Nusa Dua surrounded by much larger chain resorts, the hotel is truly a boutique oasis of calm and tranquility. All of the villas are truly private and exclusive, with their own facilities and private pools - so much that we didn't need to use the main resort pool, even though it was beautiful and always very quiet. Food quality is also wonderful, with very hearty breakfast options included, free afternoon tea, and good quality menu options that are relatively good value for money despite being in a hotel. Finally, the service is top notch - butlers can be reached for anything and everything 24 hrs a day, and always answered within one ring. Also all staff members remembered us after first day and the service felt truly personalized. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent experience staying at Condrad Bali. The room was spacious, food was great and there were a lot of fun activities by the beach. Staff was excellent and very helpful and accommodating to make our stay more comfortable. Will definitely visit again.
