the breakfast service was very efficient and quick, the only negative thing was the croissant a bit hard. The restaurant is very nice, and food quality was high. the staff was very friendly, typical of Indonesians. we took advantage of the free yoga class, which was very pleasant and relaxing. only negative note is the price of the hotel taxi, much more expensive than the app grab prices. overall we had a great time. the room was very clean.

The hotel I recently lived in was just delicious! After my stay there, I experienced a real upsurge of mood that still accompanies me. The entire staff were at the top of service - they were extraordinarily polite, upbringed and always smiled. It felt they were sincerely caring for every guest. The hotel rooms were perfect: I was pleasantly surprised by frequency and comfort. Everything was clean and neat, cleaning twice a day . But what I was particularly impressed is the entire vegan menu - it is very tasty and useful , as well as the practice of yoga every morning. Training filled me with positive energy all day, the yoga coach at every class and provided careful and devoted attention to every participant. I would like to express my great gratitude to the host of the hotel for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and for his unique yoga practice, for this opportunity to feel in complete silence and privacy with nature and, of course, Special thanks to the girl Yuni for her care and dedication to her work. I can 't rejoice at what I have had to live in this hotel and how positively it has affected my well-being. I confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who wants not only excellent service, but also to feel real harmony and positive mood, privacy with nature and rest from noisy metropolis .

I am very satisfied with the price/location/facility. All the staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious!! The location is also very satisfactory and there is a shuttle going out, so it is convenient to move around. Deep thanks to the team for looking after us as best they could. They even organised roses at late notice. The location is one of the best in Ubud. Its outside the gourmet area. Best cuisines within a short walk. The resort in itself is amazing layout. They have looked after it well. Pro Location Layout and design and interior peaceful setting Staff friendly. Please note Bali service can be quite intrusive (always asking where you went and what you doing, when one is there over a long period it gets draining). Con room - we had the suite. There was a large komodo or a very big rat in attic. Its scary that they have not done enough pest control. This is not a jungle resort in that everything inside it man made and manned. Snake - we were hissed at by a snake in the field walking to the lobby. They really need to do better control of public safe spaces. The Assistant manager denied it but the team on duty confirmed to me there was a snake and they took it back to the lakes. It was likely my spirit guides talking to us 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Priest We did the melakut blessing prayer. The priest on duty was not the most honourable. He inappropriately touched my wife. I reported it to the manager and advice travellers even the holy man has desires. Be careful with your loved ones. Overall we had a great stayed but downed by awful incidents. I ranked the above incidents under cleanliness.

OH MY GOSH!!! We both love this hotel!!! This was the first time i stayed in Ubud area because i was looking for a 2 days retreat, no shopping, no going out. Just stayed in the hotel to relax. I booked the Alaya room and was satisfied with my choice and the help of the reservation department so that i was given the paddy field view. The only minus was the air conditioning was not as cold as expected, i supposed it needs some service. But that was just very minor that i didn't make any complaint. The bed was sooo oohh comfortable, but the pillows were a bit bulky and thick. The balcony was friendly to us. Since we webt there when it was the last week of liw season, we got a really nice quiet, and minimal guests in the hotel area. My room was in building 1 and it was excellent!! All staffs were wonderful, very helpful and very polite. I couldn't say more to express my satisfactions and gratitutes to all of you, but i can only let you know that the next time i m coming to stay in Ubud, ALAYA will be my number 1 choice!!

The hotel theme in general are dark/black mixed witn natural typical Balinese red brick and nature greens. Room was ok, not that spacious but enough. The complimentary coffee and tea set up is amazing! They use loose tea and powder coffee with costumized equipment. They dont have phone in the room, so they communicate personal chat/text to your phone. Staff were super friendly from the moment we make reservation untill we check out. The coffee and cocktail bar is still closed from due pandemic, food was delicious and pool were clean. Thanks for having us!

I recently stayed at Adil Villa & Resort in Ubud and I was delighted with my experience! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing an ideal setting to relax and unwind. The beautiful pool was a real treat, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring the area. What really caught my attention was the small concert held on the premises. It was a pleasant surprise to enjoy live music during my stay. Additionally, the vast green space surrounding the resort was perfect for strolling and rejuvenating amidst nature. However, the only downside I noticed was the restaurant and breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes offered did not meet my expectations. The options were limited, and the flavor of the food left something to be desired. I sincerely hope that the establishment can improve this aspect of their service as it would have truly complemented my overall experience. Despite this minor inconvenience, I highly recommend Adil Villa & Resort for its excellent accommodation, stunning pool, serene atmosphere, and green surroundings. It's an ideal place to relax and recharge while exploring the wonders of Ubud.

How should I say this hotel, I only booked for one night on the first day here. At noon, I told the front desk that I needed to stay the next day. I was told that there was a room but it was more expensive. I agreed. Since the room was not ready yet, I stayed at the hotel first. The hotel rented a car for two days and went out to play by myself. When I came back at night, I asked about the continuation of the stay. The front desk on duty told me that the room was full and I had to move out the next day. I think this matter is very unprofessional. I can bear everything else, the worst thing is the hot water. The hot water in my room is normal for a while, and it’s very hot for a while. It burns off a layer of skin. The temperature changes automatically about every 20 seconds. I have to calculate it when I take a shower. The frequency of the hot water is too tiring. I don't give bad reviews to hotels. Even so, I still give him 4 stars, encouragement. Finally, I would like to mention that there are geckos, spiders and a lot of ants in the room. If you want to get in touch with small animals, you can choose this hotel. It is a whole zoo. Finally, I wish the hotel a prosperous business. Anyway, I can’t find a sense of belonging in this hotel!

This was the most amazing stay The staff are incredible and very attentive, nothing is too much trouble, even when I changed the menu for my orders! The food is delicious and they have nightly themed meals which at the moment are sadly very quiet, which is a shame as I had it both nights I was here and it was delicious. The food isn't cheap for Ubud, but it's delicious and great portion sizes. The location is stunning and you feel very close to nature and the surroundings, you can even watch the man in the field working the rice. Beautiful decor, stunning rooms and all in all a piece of paradise and relaxation! Don't hesitate to book Menzel for some peace and tranquility! I was staying alone, and was made to feel very welcome and I can see this being the perfect place to enjoy with a partner/ for a special occasion! I loved it alone for some peace and luxury!
