My daughters and I were very grateful to stay at this awesome place that was so clean and on point. Katasha at the front desk was amazing and really helped us troubleshoot shoot an issue with our reservation that was not their fault at all, absolutely went above and beyond. She was also very kind to my daughter who was going through a really tough time. Absolutely will stay again!!!

It is a very clean hotel. It had a great breakfast setup. Erik at the front desk checked us in. He had an excellent personality and professionalism. The hotel is lucky to have him as an employee. He took great care of us.

Our stay was from Dec 22-Dec 25. It was very nice. The bar/restaurant was closed for the holidays but there are ample choices of other restaurants and bars. Housekeeping was also basically off (just cleaning rooms as people checked out) but the front desk attendant told us that if we needed clean towels, etc., to just ask and they would bring them to us. We did have to switch rooms within 15 mins of getting up there because the bed was broken, but they moved us down 2 rooms so it wasn't too much inconvenience (the 2nd room was better anyway!) Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Waffles and other stuff. Overall, I would stay again!

Stair wells dirty; some staff nice & some were unfriendly. Fitness room needs help. Breakfast was great.
