Good and clean hotel, but the breakfast was just average. I dont think it is worth GBP10

The price is a little too high for what is on offer.
Mattresses are very worn out. (Should they change)
Door knob, window handles loose.

The hygiene service is good, the room and shared bathroom are clean. It is very close to Balloch train station.
