"The hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the *****. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price"

"Excellent location.
Good morning coffee.
Most of the staff were well educated, and only one official, during breakfast, was a little thick when we asked about the operation of the cheese.
In addition, clean hotel, good room, clean bed clothes.
It wasn't something that disturbed us, because we left the hotel almost at the check-out time, it was just a suggestion to the manager, and the staff were cleaning the carpets from the floor with a extremely noisy dust aspirator. I believe that the other guests may have been disturbed, so I suggest you look at the schedules for this service, or buy a more silent powder aspirator."

"All perfect, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, very good room, air-conditioned that works, indoor and outdoor pool working very well, clean, and not to mention breakfast, super complete, in the right measure in terms of food variation, not little or much, in the ideal and super well done. "Ótima localização! Recepcionistas muito ruins, não tinha mais vaga no estacionamento PAGO do hotel, nos encaminharam para um estacionamento parceiro, que tinha um nome diferente do que estava no cartão, ficamos procurando, quando enviamos mensagem para o hotel para confirmar o lugar, eles liam, mas não respondiam. Cafe da manhã ok, elevador muito cheio, fazendo filas. Ainda bem que ficamos no terceiro andar, pois só utilizamos escadas."

GGuest UserThis is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app.
I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel.
However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿
They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted.
In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle!
These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

But the facilities are bad.
You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean.
All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

The door lacked towel, the door box sabun falling all roughly.
Room with a terrible smell of chest and covers smelling bad .
Dark lift and smelling of mofe.
They promise parking on the site but you don't have.
I was in the bottom of the very bad room.
The breakfast that saves you from so many bad things.
