The good news is, the rooftop restaurant is very nice with beautiful views, a lively bar and imaginative cocktails plus good food.  The hotel room we had was a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly, the makeup mirror was smudged, the pillowcase had a hole, and the room just seemed tired. It needed a chair. Other than the bed, there wasn’t any place to sit. I think there’s hotel needs a refresher.

The room was nice, BUT! Don't eat the food in the room. The hotel didn't display it or explain that food would be charged. We were charged for the food after we checked out. Ctrip was very kind to advance the fee for us. This hotel is really shady! !

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Washington Monument and the Peabody Library, and has a sense of history, but the air conditioner really rings through the entire floor. The front desk service loves to ignore it and feels bad.

Clean room, but lots of visible wear on the furniture. I did travel with a pet, so that may be specific to pet-friendly rooms. The front desk staff made the trip great. Everyone was accommodating, helpful, and quick. I wasn't a fan of the dashery and found the Ceremony Coffee, a fast walk, to have delicious options with better value.
