Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards

Door would not secure unless bolted, tv had 3 working channels.. Otherwise splendid. Great food, bartenders, clean facility

Air conditioning in the room was awful, barely worked at all. Food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t great, especially for the price. Only real good thing about this place is the location, close to Camden yards and M&T bank stadium.

I was highly disappointed with my stay at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. I had specifically booked a room with a king bed, but upon arrival, I was informed that none were available. Instead, I was given a room with different accommodations that didn’t meet my expectations. To make matters worse, the room was missing a refrigerator—there was just an empty hole where it should have been. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and amenities. The lack of organization and attention to detail made my stay far less enjoyable than anticipated. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their booking practices and room upkeep.

I've stayed here two times in the last three years. Each time I had difficulty exiting the city-owned adjacent garage. Each time I had to leave the car and return to the hotel to enlist their help. Really stupid inept system. One time the hotel staff actually laughed in my face at my dilemma! During my most recent stay I spent far too much time attempting to find a working ice machine. First day there wasn't a single functioning machine on the floors so I had to traipse down to the lobby bar to obtain ice. Long and short of it ...I'll never book your hotel again.

When he and our son got to the hotel they were told they didn't have a room with the 2 beds like we had reserved. They were told they would be upgraded to a room with a king and a sofa bed. They were told it wasn't ready and would be in an hour. They went and got a drink then went back the room still wasn't ready. They were in Baltimore for a baseball game, so they went to the game. When they returned to the hotel, they were told the king room with a sofa bed wasn't available, so they gave them a room with a single king bed. When they went to the room, the ac was off and the air filters were out laying on the floor (we have photos) The ac wouldn't turn on. It appeared the maintance had been working on the room and had left. The room was too hot to sleep in so they went downstairs to the front desk. They didn't offer them another room.

Rooms were not ready at 4 pm check-in. They overbooked and gave us different rooms than requested. Didn’t get into room until after 6 pm due to shortage of sheets and linens. Bath towels didn’t arrive until 9pm Guests roaming hallways and noisy after midnight. I would not stay at this location again.
