Hampton Inn Baltimore-Downtown-Convention Center

Our corner room was huge and amazing! Very clean with a comfortable bed and couch! Great shower pressure, fast elevators, big breakfast spread.

too many people trying to eat breakfast .... the waiting was too long and hardly anything left. overall the food was good.

The staff was all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and we always love when there are two flavors of waffle batter. Lots of space for everyone to sit. The valet was expensive, but they were very quick and helpful about making sure our car was in the shade when the temperature was hitting 105° that day! We slept well, because it was very quiet, and the bed was comfy!

Location is great but everything was not impressive. No self park and had to wait over 45 minutes to get my car from valet. Multiple things in the room broken,

Staff was great do to a ball game the day we arrived a lot was going on the only thing is our room was not ready until 6pm and check in was at 3 so we had nowhere to get ready but other then that the place was great clean and nice

While across the street from Camden Yards, the area did not feel safe. The valet was a disaster. There were stretches when no one was available at all to help. Also, we came back one night and were told they were full up and wouldn’t be able to take our car. This occurred even though we were staying there and had already paid for the day. We ended up having to park in the garage of a neighboring hotel and had to pay to park there as well.

The staff here was so friendly and helpful - I loved the valet service since parking is at a premium in that area. I'll definitely be staying there again!

The property and location was wonderful especially the little seating area out in front. The room was standard, the staff not friendly except for Mariah, who actually helped out and let me know that I could have received a discount due to my trip being my mother was at shock trauma. I wanted to relax my third night there and use the pool. The pool should not have even been open for use. It was cloudy and the water level was so low that it wasn’t being filtered. I definitely didn’t feel safe to get in. The breakfast was okay. I stayed here a total of 4 days, the last 3 days were the same meat and potato, just eh. So I would eat my dinner leftovers from Pickles Pub next door. Overall the property location is why I would book this hotel again, 3 blocks from the hospital, the outdoor patio area in front and Pickles Pub next door.

My room was immaculate! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Hampton Inn without hesitation.
