Останавливалась в гостинице в конце июля, чтобы спокойно погулять по Балтийску. Выбор гостиницы мной был совершён осознанно, гостиница находится в самом красивом месте Балтийска, рядом променад и причал, с двух сторон море, очень красивый вид из окна. Гостиница очень милая и аккуратная, номер оказался очень уютным и чистым, в номере есть всё оборудование первой необходимости, в коридоре и вестибюле царит какая-то своя атмосферная тишина и покой. Персонал очень внимательный, чутко относится к пожеланиям гостей и с готовностью выполняет просьбы. Очень уютное кафе. Мне очень всё понравилось. В следующий раз, когда захочу отдохнуть от городской суеты, обязательно сюда вернусь и сниму номер.

Не смогли переночевать из-за огромных пауков но деньги за номер не вернули. Крупные пауки обнаружились при зашторивании окна (паук мгновенно спустился), затем прямо над - кроватью и в туалете, полно паутины, на шторах пятна. Для решения проблемы на ресепшн предложили только веник. В процессе уборки познала ужас арахнофобии. Какие же они мерзкие!!! Прыгают вниз, перебирают лапами. Пришлось экстренно искать другую гостиницу. Золотой якорь деньги так и не вернул. Директор гостиницы ответил, что услуга полностью оказана, потому что мы пользовались душем в другом номере (это вранье, было не до душа), и что они не в силах контролировать пауков. Еще бы, у них даже москитные сетки отсутствуют, чтобы кормовая база пополнялась. Не сомневаюсь, что пойманного нами паука они отпустили.
