Great location, clean rooms, cozy bed. Easy to check in. Sweet of them to leave a complementary beer and water. My only complaint was the coffee machine didn't work in the morning (i think it need water or more coffee) but overall great stay for a night in the city.

Much smaller room than expected. The bathroom reeked of urine and was located next to the bed with only a flimsy sliding glass door for privacy

Keep your expectations low. The checkin experience was very poor, I was hoping to drop off bags and the "representative" kept hanging up on me. Checkin was listed on my reservation at 3pm, but was not allowed until after 4pm. There was also hair in the bed so bring your flashlight to check cleanliness.

It should be made clear on the website listing that there is no on-site staff and reception desk at the hotel. Need to check-in online before arrival to get codes for hotel entrance front door and room. Inconvenient.
