The hotel is very clean and new. The staff working at the check-in counter was very friendly. However, the hotel is not centrally located, as it is a 30-minute walk/15-minute bus ride from the old town.

It was actually quite good until the cleaner came and knocked on our door because our "no disturbance" sign fell on the floor. It was weird as we already hung a "no disturbance" sign on our door. Yeah it fell on the floor, can't you just pick it up and hang it back for us or just leave it like this?

Ok hotel - only stayed for one night. No kettle provided luckily I brought my own portable one. AC was powerful - much appreciated!

The hotel is wonderful, with friendly staff and more than enough to get by. There is a supermarket about 1km away and a few restaurants close by. The old town is a bit far away with about 2.2km walk until you reach it. When you get to the old town there are wonderful restaurants and shops all along the roads. Really enjoyed the town!

In general, the hotel is big enough and it is clean. They also provide free parking which is good for car renters like us.

The hotel is located close to the city. The service team is very friendly and supportive. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only negative point: there is far too less parking space to write „we’re offering free parking“. The available parking space is only covering 25% of the rooms. We’ve arrived in the evening and there was no parking space at the hotel left and it was hard to find a parking space close to the hotel without getting a penalty. The description should be adjusted. It’s misleading marking to say „we have free parking space“.

This was the accommodation where we stayed for one night in Bamberg while crossing from the Czech Republic to Germany. There was plenty of outdoor parking, and the front desk staff were friendly. Three of us shared a large room, which featured a king-size bed and bunk beds; above all, the room was spacious, which was great.
