"Lovely hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, bed was super comfy. Great location for exploring Oxford. The tea making facilities are odd. There are no kettles in the bedroom, instead you either have to go downstairs or take a jug to a hot tap in the corridor meaning we couldn't just have a morning cuppa in our PJs. Also no milk or sugar was provided so had to either get fresh milk by making tea at reception or ask for milk sachets. The other odd thing is the wash hand basin is in the bedroom not in the ensuite bathroom meaning you have to open the sliding door before washing hands, I hope they clean the door handle well as didn’t seem very hygienic to me! Also our TV was rubbish. The first night it didn't work at all. The second night it kept switching off and we were supposed to be able to stream apps from our phone, but couldn't connect. A lovely hotel let down by strange layout decisions and modern tech that wasn't up to scratch."

"We had a day work event last week at Blunsdon and it went incredibly smooth. Sharon on the events team was very helpful leading up to the event and, on the day, Miranda at reception and Rob, one of the managers, were so helpful and answered all our questions with ease. The buffet lunch was very tasty and went down a treat with our colleagues. Absolutely recommend holding events at Blunsdon as the team are very helpful and the resources are brilliant."

"It is a good one - however unlike its branch in Egypt, they didnt had shower cap, slippers, bathrub and other stuff in rooms. The staff and their service was really good. The buffet as well wasnt full of vareities as in egypt (no doughnut stand). It was an hour away from sight seeings. Beautiful lounge and bar area"

"I booked a room with breakfast included, and the breakfast was delicious and lovely. You can choose hot drinks, cold drinks, and your preferred breakfast menu, so I think it's a very satisfying service. If I have the opportunity to go to Faringdon, it was a great pub and accommodation that I would like to stay at again!"
