The hotel offers limited activities and lacks facilities, so it’s best suited for a short stay. Be sure to request a room away from the roadside, as the lack of soundproofing affects sleep quality. However, the location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions around the dam. It's recommended for a brief stopover before moving on to your next destination.

The location is stunning and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the showers quite good. There seems to be a 2-3 hour outing organized once a day, and you can always go kayaking or swimming. The food is good and reasonably priced considering the location, but the menu isn’t extensive. Would be nice if there was a masseuse, but maybe it’s too small to support one. Highly recommend for a 2-4 night stay.

Прекрасное место, отличный сервис и подход к постояльцам. Опоздали на свою лодку от отеля (не по своей вине) и доплатили 3000 бат за доставку. По приезду нам сразу же предложили пообедать. Обед и ужин здесь просто прекрасные. А на утро, после завтрака, когда все стали собираться, к нам подошла администратор, именно в тот момент, когда люди начали садиться в лодку и потребовала с нас ещё 3000 бат за отправку. Хотя у нас, как у остальных постояльцев это оплачено. Десять минут объясняли, что все оплатили. Через 10 минут нам резко сообщили, что мы правы и можем ехать на другой лодке. В общем, все прекрасно не считая этого момента. Так что будьте бдительны. И спасибо за такое прекрасное место.

I found many places without detailed information. Here is my experience. This is a one-price all-inclusive resort located in Khao Sok National Park. It is located in the center of Xiulan Lake. Therefore, you have to use long-tail boats to get in and out. The price is small but the experience is very good, including lunch and dinner on the first day and breakfast on the second day, a one-hour boat trip, and round-trip transfer service. After booking, you need to arrive at Xiulan Lake Pier before 11 o'clock on the day of check-in, and find a staff who wears a green T to pick you up. Because the entire lake is within the park, you must first buy a park ticket to enter the boat. Check-out and return time are at Around 9:30 in the morning. The whole staying experience is very good, the staff are warm and friendly, the food is delicious, and the scenery is great. Not much else to say about your own feelings, it will be a very unforgettable experience

We got to the hotel using their shuttle. It was very convenient. We got a free room upgrade, so I can't rate the room we booked. I really liked the atmosphere and the natural beauty. The service was also excellent. Lunch, breakfast, and dinner are served individually to your room. Everything was quite delicious. The price includes two excursions: an evening one at 5 PM and a morning one at 6:30 AM. They take you around the lake, trying to spot some animals. But we only saw monkeys. I recommend it. One night is more than enough.

Every staff speaks good English, very nice. The environment is extremely amazing. There forces you to put down your phone enjoy your holiday because there has no signal at all. But in the resort providing WiFi (not free). We definitely will go there again

Thank you to all the staff who made sure we were made to feel like special guests at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect overlooking the valley and only a short drive to the the dam which offers some spectacular views over the lake and perfect sunset views. Its a shame there wasn't more time to explore the area. You really are in nature up here... The room was large and bright with panoramic views and the jacuzzi with a view is a nice touch. Also thanks to Chia who provided with tips of things to do and see in the area. Hope to be back one day

Very nice cozy place. Next to the nature. I had a connect rooms with my friends and it's possible to hear everything what they talk about. Also second room is on road side where people walking, so no river view. Bathrtub is awesome. Breakfast is nice. Dogs and birds are nice too. Thank you.

We had a super stay, the place is magical, not far from the national park and a boat box for a boat departure.

The staff were all polite and helpful at all times. The hotel is very tired and needs a complete refurbishment, reception area which gives first impression was poor. All furniture is chipped, scratched just not inviting at all. Our room was spacious and bedding very clean, door lock needs attention, it’s difficult to lock as the barrel is loose. The pool outside our room had many tiles missing and the main pool had been patched up in an amateurish fashion. The hotel sign in the grounds has a letter missing. A lack of investment all round.  The hotel did arrange a tour on the lake for us which was beautiful and I thank them for that. Beware this hotel is not in the area for regular tour pick ups so you may struggle  to get on any organised tours.
