Singgah Pengerang Hotel

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. It is definitely not worth paying over RM200 per night for a room like this. The bathroom was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned after the previous guest checked out. There was even a used bar of soap left behind by the previous guest, which was completely unacceptable. The bedsheet, blanket, and pillows all had yellow and black stains, making them look dirty and unhygienic. To make matters worse, although we booked a double room for two people, the hotel provided only one toothbrush. Overall, the cleanliness and housekeeping standards were far below expectations. This hotel is simply not worth the price, and I would not recommend it unless they seriously improve their hygiene and housekeeping.

The entire guest rooms security system was not maintained and majority of the rooms access card were not working. Hotel staffs took few hours to find the appropriate rooms that the access card worked then issued the room key to us. An unusual experience for us and waited few hours in waiting. Very disappointing….

Great hotel to stay. Seems like new hotel. Bed comfy but water pressure is not good (maybe just my room).

Enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was smooth. The staff were polite and the hotel had everything I needed. A pleasant experience overall.

The room was a little squeezed, no value for money.very far away from the city centre, no amenities closeby. We had issues getting food. Cannot recommend u less you want a quiet place far from the city

I love it! There's no judgement when check-in late (i checked in at 2 am), there's refreshments and instant food like maggie etc. u can buy at front desk

A convenient and great place to stay. Staffs were friendly, room was clean. Perfect for business trip. No window no problem. Recommended.
