Hotel is located near to shophouses, convenient to buy daily needs. 10mins drive to Desaru Coast. Good staff service and scrumptious breakfast. Birthday cake provided as per requested. Need to pay for carpark rm7/day. Bathroom sewage system can be better.

Room is big can fix up to 3pax. breakfast is good. have shuttle bus to water adventure park, beach and etc. service staff is friendly. the area is convenient have mart and seafood within walking distance.

Fantastic budget stay and place was very clean. Pool and playground available and there was good food nearby too.
