Kunyit 7 Lodge is the best place to stay in Brunei! The lodge is located just across the river from downtown, and even though the bustling city is just 30 seconds away by boat, it feels like a real getaway. Although Kem was away during our stay, her husband Andrew is such a kind and attentive host, and an all-around wonderful person! It was such a pleasure to stay, and I hope we get to come back someday 🥰

The boss is very kind, hospitable and very talkative. Breakfast is delicious and has many styles The facilities are very creative The environmental point is very special and a rare landscape You can only experience it in person. It’s awesome.

This is the best place to stay in Bandar Seri Begawan! We've never had a similar experience anywhere else. The floating village is much more comfortable than on the shore, as the water provides a welcome coolness from the 90-degree heat. The house is cozy and comfortable, with plenty of art to explore. A special mention goes to our host, Kem, who helped organize all the excursions and transfers. She made our stay in Brunei unforgettable!

The lovely overwater bungalow is prettier and cleaner than in the photos. I really like the special feeling of living on the water. I can feel the morning, dusk and sunset. Walking on the trail in a quiet evening, you can look at the lights of the city and mosque on the other side. It's a great experience. The three kittens, who are friendly and lively and can lead the way, are a big highlight. Love sitting on the wooden board in the morning and enjoying a rich breakfast. Thank you to the host for sharing such a colorful water house experience.
