This hotel offers excellent value for money. They also provide a free airport shuttle service, and both the drivers and staff are very polite and patient. The rooms are clean and well-arranged. For the price, breakfast is included, and although the food selection isn't huge, it's incredibly convenient for those waiting for a connecting flight.

Overall a good option for a budget stay in BWN, hotel offers complimentary airport pickup and drop which is a really good facility to have, as grab etc do not work in BWN ( you can download Dart through ) Hotel also offer a city bus tour ( excl Friday ) Location of the hotel is perfect for seeing the main sights ( highlife in pics ) and most things are walkable in that area , it’s literally around the corner from the Radisson and the Brunie hotel so if you want their location but on a budget then this is a good option Rooms are clean and serve their purpose but offer nothing beyond what s standard room would but that’s reflected in the price , I would stay again when in BWN

The location is pretty good, close to all the main attractions. The room size was decent, but it's a bit old and the cleanliness in the details wasn't great. However, it was cheap, so it was an okay stay overall.

I chose this hotel because of the free shuttle service, which even runs late at night. However, during the day, there's a schedule, and we had to get to the airport several hours early. The hotel was reasonably clean, and the breakfast was just enough to fill you up. You can walk to the mosque and the water village, but it's too hot during the day.

The airport transfer service was a lifesaver. The staff were all very kind, which was great. Regarding the room, I inexplicably started sneezing and my nose wouldn't stop running, and I went through a whole box of tissues. For breakfast, since it was during Ramadan, they delivered bento boxes to our door at our requested time. Thank you!

An affordable and clean hotel in Brunei. The rooms were basic but everything worked well. Breakfast was also included and during Ramadan they serve it in little boxes. Also to note is the free airport transfers which was a very nice touch! Highly recommend!
