Strategic location near Bandung train station. Variety of foods and restaurant nearby hotel. However this hotel is not provide coffee and tea. Drinking water need to refill into jug, water dispenser is provided outside the room.

It's close to the train station and relatively clean! If you're Korean... well, it's not a bad choice! It's an 8-minute walk from the train station and the staff are very friendly.

The location just next to Bandung Train Station. So many restaurants near the hotel. To get here a bit far from exit toll and usually there are heavy traffics. At the time of stay, there is no breakfast and I recommend to order by online food services (cheaper and many options). Overall worth it ๐

the hotel is in the middle of the city. friendly staff, rooms are not too big but clean. comfortable bathroom. nice room view. sunrise is very beautiful. swimming pool available for children. many places to eat and there is a center for typical Bandung souvenirs. room prices are quite affordable. the right choice to stay at the grand pacific hotel.

Near Bandung Station, just take al ittle walk. Near some food, at the first floor is a restaurant, we can order the meals from the room too (the tofu is delicious).
The staffs are friendly and helpfull.

AAdi88stayed 1 night for business trip. stayed in 707. everything was good. the only minus point was the internet signal is always on & off. i thought maybe the room is far out on the corner of the building, so maybe the internet signal couldnt reach our room properly. bf was good. continental + indonesian food mostly. good job novotel. would stay here again for sure.

ะะะพัI've never met such a level of service and courtuosness in my life in the hotels. I was permitted to prolong my stay out of checkout time. They helped me with laundry and were willing to provide any service with the highest level of decency.

IIRENE MATIUSI recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be very strategic. It's surrounded by many eateries, a 24-hour convenience store, and even a motorcycle rental service, making it very convenient for travelers. The price is also very reasonable, offering great value for what you pay.
However, there are a few downsides. There was no hairdryer in the room, which would have been a nice addition. If you need to iron your clothes, you have to go to the ironing room on level 2, which is a bit inconvenient.
Parking is limited, so it can be a bit challenging to find a spot, especially during busy times. A particularly bad experience I had was when our motorcycle was moved to the organic waste area. I'm unsure if it was the staff or another guest who moved it, but this is a serious issue that needs attention. The staff should be more alert and careful to prevent such incidents, as it was an unpleasant experience.
Overall, the hotel is decent, but there are some areas that need improvement, especially regarding staff attention and facilities.

But the most memorable thing is the food, delicious and not ordinary, anyway ๐๐๐

FFrenkyNice room, clean spacious, big mattress according to the photo. There is drinking water and one bath soap. There is a hair driver and water heater. The menu at Roku Cafe is delicious and the prices are affordable, like in cafes in general.
The only thing that is a pity is that the AC is not cold in room 622. Suggestion to the manager is to have the AC serviced.
