"Love the hotel, location and amenities. Cons: A bit small for us trio, water pressure a bit slow, waiting point for grab/gojek a bit troublesome. Pros : Such a instragrammable hotel, cafe below provides late night snacks, location is so central! Overall we love our stay! Staffs were awesome and helpful!"

"Hotel with perfect service. points plus - hotel is easy to find - location in the city center - near to Gazibu sports facilities, who like jogging with the best view. - clean and very comfortable to stay. - spacious and clean lobby area, - Playground available for children. - Attractive room design, not boring. - various information is on TV & The TV can mirror if you need it. - Mineral water is provided in large portions, you can also refill it at the dispenser outside the room. - the receptionist is also good, very friendly, upgraded my room. - The security guard is also friendly - I really enjoy the view of Bandung city with rainy weather, so I feel at home in Bandung haha just a little expensive. "We booked a loft room, and I think it was a very interesting concept and very fit for families. The room was great spacious but unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The crew didn’t check the room thoroughly and we found some left over food left in the fridge by the previous occupants of the room. It was stated in the hotel description that this hotel had a warm water swimming pool and actually we were very interested in staying here because of that. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any and the swimming pool that they have is very very small it couldn’t be described as a swimming pool, but only a dipping pool. The sauna wasn’t hot at all. And the parking lot is lacking so we had to park the car in the building adjacent to the hotel. "

Front desk Staff were super friendly !! helped me reserve massage appointments and gave very clear instructions from hotel to railway station taking train to airport instead. Hotel outward building look dated with loss paint during day time. F&B director, Mr Bayu did a fantastic job creating good varieties of food, we love the breakfast offered on 9th floor!! the view up there was breathtaking. Overall, congratulations to the General Manager, hope you keep up the good job !! and the good staff! Myself and husband will return ;)"
