Overall a very pleasant stay. Free garage parking was a big plus as it sheltered the car from snow. Convenient to walk around.

The hotel's location is great, right on the main street, making it very convenient to walk to shops and other hotels. I used the hot tub and sauna every day. There's only one washer and dryer in the laundry room, so you often have to wait in line. The breakfast looked pretty fresh and clean. For a typical hotel in North America, it's quite good.

Got delayed in Vancouver and booked this last minute, so it was a leftover room, and a bit pricey. But it turned out to be a one-bedroom suite with a living room and a balcony, which was great. The room was really quiet. They have a self-service ice machine on the 2nd floor and a small hot spring bath on the 1st, both nice touches. Overall, it was good. Tip: Bring your own toothpaste, slippers, and power strip...

Excellent service and amenities. The toiletries smells so nice in all shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The size of room is large enough for 3 ppl in the room. The hot tub and sauna are a plus after exhausting day of hiking in winter. The breakfast also is very good. I would comeback again. One recommendation is to have sandals in the room.

The hotel was decent, but a bit overpriced. The location was excellent, very convenient with lots of amenities nearby. The rooms had a charming local character, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Parking at the hotel was fairly easy. I'd recommend it for anyone driving to national parks.

The double room was tiny, with no space for luggage, but then again, you wouldn't want to just stay cooped up indoors when visiting Banff. There's free, semi-covered parking, which is great for keeping out of the rain. The complimentary breakfast wasn't extensive but definitely filling enough. If you're staying for several days, there's a good chance your key card might stop working mid-stay. The hotel encourages guests to opt out of housekeeping, citing environmental protection, but the old perk of getting a coffee shop voucher for doing so is no longer available.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge! Location is a solid 5/5 — close to everything we needed and super convenient for exploring Banff. As a couple traveling on a budget, we found the price very reasonable, almost comparable to the nearby hostel, which made the comfort and quality here feel like an even better value. Special shoutout to their toilet amenities — they smelled so good they actually made us walk into the Rocky Mountain Soap store afterward and buy things we definitely didn’t need (lol). No regrets though! The breakfast was superb, delicious, fresh, and a perfect start to our days. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are comfortable, and well-equipped. Although the breakfast buffet doesn't offer many choices, it's convenient for families with children. The hot tub facilities are a great touch, very comfortable.

This hotel is located right on the main road in Banff town, which makes it extremely convenient for visitors. It’s easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, so it’s a great choice for tourists who want to explore the area without needing a car.

Room was a good size and location was excellent. A little disappointed because the room they gave us was in the main thoroughfare by the pool/hot tub which was good and bad. Good as it was close to the pool but bad because it got quite busy/noisy at times. Not a huge deal as we were out exploring Banff anyways. Overall, would stay here again.
