Very cosy hotel and convenient with shops and restaurants just around the corner.

The location is convenient, right in the town of Banff. The scenery inside the hotel is also great, with a view of the town street view and the Rocky Mountains. If I have the opportunity to go to Banff again, I will still consider this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great and I liked the antique-style interior. It was also a great experience to be able to see the snow-capped mountains from the hotel room. I was happy to be able to spend the winter in Banff here! The bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was great. Oh, and the welcome cookies were really delicious! I want to visit again if I have the chance~

Located in the heart of downtown, activities, dining, and shopping were all easily accessible. I would definitely use this again when visiting Banff.

Overall good. Staff service is OK. Breakfast doesn't have many choices. I'd like to see more variety in the menu. If you drive, there's an underground parking fee of $18 per day, and the parking lot is quite narrow. Big cars need to be careful when entering and exiting and parking.

バンフのメインストリートに近く、移動がとてもしやすかったです。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりをしてくださったのもとても助かりました。受付の方もとても丁寧でした。 またバンフに行く時には利用したいです。
