Excellent location and service from Hotel staff. It was expensive but it’s the nature of the Banff area unfortunately. Walking distance to everything!! And very easy to find.

Handy parking & great location with easy walk to shops & restaurants. Room was clean & nice to have a balcony with some views. Reception desk is located in the next hotel which is slightly inconvenient

This hotel is an excellent value for the location and price. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, amenities are as described. You need to check in next door, but this isn’t inconvenient.
The hotel allows you to use the free underground parking until 4pm on day of checkout, which is excellent. I’ve stayed here before and will be returning.

The staff are super nice and the location is convenient. However, the hotel interior needs some serious update done. Okay for a short stay.

We were booked on the first floor and it was quite noisy. You can hear the noise coming from the second floor and the adjacent rooms.
