I booked this hotel for five nights with my daughter, but the experience was disappointing from the start. On the first night, both the gym and swimming pool were closed, which was frustrating because these facilities were part of the reason I chose the hotel. I went to the hotel in person and was told I could modify my dates, but that I had to do it through the app. However, the modification request was rejected through the app three times. I then went back to the hotel in person, but the same process repeated again, with no real solution offered. The staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly, and the overall service felt unhelpful. Breakfast was also not very good. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, especially as I was travelling with my daughter and expected better communication, better service, and access to the advertised facilities

The hotel it self was good. The staff was incredible! I room was too hot and the AC is set to a default 24°, which is unacceptable. But other than that, everything was great.

It's right on the main road and next to the Electricity Generating Authority. You can get there by Skytrain, but you'll need to take a taxi for a short ride afterward.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. However, it’s 1.4kms away from an mrt station and 500m from the boat pier. WiFi at 7th floor sucks, keep on complaining but nothing was done.

The service was good though, despite the cancellation of their offered dinner. Breakfast was focused only on a few foods and not with variety.

Unfortunately, my stay here did not meet expectations. The rooms have incredibly poor soundproofing; I could hear everything happening outside and in the hallways, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was highly unstable, frequently dropping connections and sometimes failing to connect altogether, which was incredibly frustrating. To top it off, the breakfast was a letdown—the quality was poor, and there were very few choices available. I will not be staying here again.

The staff were very helpful and gave good advice on various matters.

For breakfast not good ....the fried rice is like cook eat in the house....all is cool not hot....

This is an average hotel in an remote area north of Bangkok. Hotel service was excellent. Guests were very loud. Amenities very limited. Old hotel. Grease splatters on the wall in the room. Very average.
