Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok – Free Scheduled Shuttle from Hotel to Suvarnabhumi Airport

I like it a lot here, great service, room is neat, high standards, shower is perfect, swimming pool is big, breakfast is nice and its a pretty good price. Only one thing, it was noisy in the morning, ppl chatting, slamming the doors, wheeling bags and stuff. I was asleep so it was kinda annoying.

Since the hotel is close to the airport, you will hear airplane fly over all day. It good for relaxing before or after the flight.

Always happy to go back. Every time it is good for us drive from Hua Hin & got the 1 nite in the hotel before heading back home

I strongly advise future travelers to think twice before booking this hotel. Our stay ended with an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. At check-out, we were charged 2,000 THB for a small burn mark and an additional 3,000 THB for allegedly smoking in the room. Whether these charges were justified or not, we chose to pay every requested fee immediately without creating any argument or delay. What was completely unacceptable was the staff’s attitude after receiving full payment. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they continued to treat us with disrespect and made us feel as if we had committed a serious offense. Once all charges have been settled, guests deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism—not humiliation. A hotel should provide hospitality, not intimidation. The lack of respect shown by the staff completely overshadowed our stay and left us with a very negative impression. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Bangkok offers many hotels with far better customer service, more professional management, and genuine respect for their guests. I sincerely hope management reviews how their staff interact with customers, because this experience was far below the standard expected from any reputable hotel.

That such a amazing hotel with the good price even just not long time but we are really appreciate for helping with good service and next trip we will spend more day here. Thanks for your service again 👍🏻
