One of the budget friendly resort, the food was great and pool is good, staff is very polite and supportive. Location can accessed easily through gps, but the property can develop the lawn and greenery around the resort other than that everything was good. Don't believe negative comments.

Great stay , amazing ❤️ stay , rooms are good and restuarant also looking fancy, and the view from the room was great ..... And the ambiance is excellent and the atmosphere is lively while staying hotel provides good security and is great value for money additionally the staff was very friendly and helpful receptionists and housekeeping staffs❤️

Today, March 22, 2020 (Sunday) was a complete lock down due to Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) from 7 AM till 9 PM. Unfortunately, I had my check out date today itself. So, in this crisis situation I had asked the hotel to extend my stay for one more day with a minimal tariff so that I don’t risk the life of myself and my family moving out of the hotel. The hotel ***agement had clearly denied this stating that the check-out time is 12 PM and at max they can allow two more hours which is 2PM. Later they agreed for 3PM check-out and after a heated argument they said I can check out by 4PM. If I am in the hotel beyond 4PM they will charge me the same tariff (may be INR 200-300 less) that I have been staying in the hotel for the last few days. This was not the expected behavior from a hotel in which I have been staying for the last few days. They were taking this as an opportunity to make more money and take advantage of this rare and highly critical situation. Personally, I had taken this as a criminal offence as instead of extending a helping hand they were just thinking of money in this crisis situation. I will make one thing very clear that I had requested SFO hotel to extend my stay for one more day with minimal tariff not because I wanted to stay in that Hotel for pleasure but because I thought I have no other option in this crisis situation. The only option I had at this point was to move myself and my family to another place (even though it is life threatening) which is at a ***ageable walkable distance (~2 KM) from SFO hotel as public transportation was also shut. The other Hotel has understood my situation and have provided a room for 2 nights at a very nominal tariff. The front desk ***ager had behaved very rudely with me and it appeared that the ***agement did not care about being hu*** but that they only wanted was money even in this crisis. They have no fear of losing business as they have partnered with ***y corporates and they think their business with continue to flow because of business travels and even if they mis behave with their guests. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..!! I REALLY WISH AND PRAY THAT THIS HOTEL LEARNS ITS LESSON SOMEDAY..!!

This is my first time using the mm t app for my travel stay and was pleasantly surprised and delighted with the hassle-free experience. The staff were were extremely courteous and helpful, and all our requests were promptly attended to. Though the food served was limited the quality of the food served was good. Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Location wise it is in a residential area not far away from the main kanakapura road on one side and jayanagar 4th block shopping area on the other, but with no convenience stores nearby. The booking, check in and check out was convenient and hassle free. Had a good experience.

Any one who wants to use the VFS Global Visa services, this hotel has close proximity of approximately 700 mtrs . Fine Hotel with courteous staffs and very good service delivery . It is worth a stay for the spend in consideration with many chain hotels in the world . Their is a shopping mall and PVR cinema next order for some fun time .

This hotel is one of its kind - some aspects are excellent while others are abysmal. the good: 1. The staff - they were amazing, some 5 starts cant match the service level and genuine intent they display. I travelled with my 90 year old father and 10 year old child - they were excellent with both. Kind serving from the heart 2. they really try to give the guests a good experience - what they lack in infrastructure they make do with service 3. location - if you have to be in that location this place is great - good food, shopping, transportation all at easy access . very safe - I walked back at 2AM and didnt feel unsafe. 4. the premium rooms - spacious and also has a powder room which was a big plus for us. The bad 1. infrastructure - the hotel is falling apart - smelly rooms, stained carpets in the corridor, frayed towels, bird poo stuck to the window - it has it all 2. room size - we has a premium ( which was great) and a twin which was worst - the beds were narrower than a single, the room stank so much that one could not breathe. 3. I think this is a basic hotel - I did not see a gym, pool or a restaurant that served round the clock. I am not looking for 24 hr room service but not getting food late afternoon was a bummer 4. the showers - the shower mixers are weird - one minute they give out boiling water, the other min ice cold water - this was in every room - we had 3 and even changed twice in our 3 night stay. in summary - if I have to go back and stay in this locality - I would go for Greenpark across the road where the infrastructure was many times better for a slight increase in price.

It was very good stay with parking. Hotel is maintained well, food is good in the restaurant but lack of enough car parking is a pain in the neck, being in jayanagar 4th block.

Me and my husband reserved the stay for a day and called the hotel reception two days in advance to let us early checkin. Since we were running on tight schedule, early checkin at 07:30am was important and unavoidable. There was no mention of additional charges for the early checkin during our enquiry. On the day of checkin the lady at the reception demanded half the room price as early checkin charges. After I told her about my previous enquiries, she asked me to show the proof of my enquiry, I had to show her the call logs which I was not happy as this is personal. Coming from long overnight journey with prereserved and pre enquired request, I did not expect this behaviour during our checkin. At the end she did not charge extra but what if I had not shown her my call logs as proof? And what if the guests are under personal pressure or trauma during the visit. What if I had no additional amount? Please consider this.

Excellent service really I am very happy because I done my daughters first year birthdayparty party hall was very nice they given own time to enjoy to our family members dinner was very nice thank u so much for service ☺️ Rooms also very well maintained..I am definitely refer to this hotel
