Cross Roads Inn

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for nearly four months, starting from late November 2024 till mid-March 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay. Because of our plan to stay in the hotel for an extended period, we requested the hotel management to give us reduced rates. Mr. Kshetramohan Sahoo, the Manager, worked with the upper management to give us very attractive rates, thus making our stay doubly enjoyable ! Our rate plan gave us an option to choose the daily buffet breakfast feature or to do without breakfast. We had breakfast on most of the days, but we chose the latter no-breakfast option on many days when we left early and thus either didn't need the breakfast or didn't have the time to enjoy it. When we did have the buffet breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed it, with its choice of fruits, juices, many South Indian and North Indian breakfast dishes, eggs and many other items. Frankly, we rarely had either the buffet lunch or the buffet dinner at the hotel because we found they had too many (50+) items and we felt we couldn't do justice by eating very few of those items. Instead, on most days, we ordered select items from the room service menu which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our stay was very pleasant. The entire staff was very friendly and very responsive to our many requests, whether it be room service, room cleaning, TV and internet service or other sundry requests. I want to take this opportunity to give special thanks to Mr. Kshetramohan Sahoo, the Manager, for leaving no stone unturned to make our stay so very pleasant. Others who contributed to our comfortable stay and deserve special mention are Manas Sahoo and Gautam working at the Front Desk, Raghu in the Maintenence Department, another Raghu in the Food & Beverage Department and Ajay, the outside watchman. If you are staying in South Bangalore, I highly recommend this hotel. Not only is the staff very friendly and helpful, but also the hotel is in the very convenient locality of J.P. Nagar 2nd Phase. There are many shops within walking distance of the hotel. These include a medical shop, a grocery store, a fast food restaurant, a barber shop and other stores. Many other stores and restaurants are not far from the hotel. Also, there are two very nice parks near the hotel. One, a small park, is just one block from the hotel. The other park, called the Dhanvantri Park, is bigger and is just two blocks from the hotel. It is a wonderful park where I took evening walks on many days. It is full of lush plants, including many herbal and medicinal plants. Even on a sunny day, it is hard to see the sun from many points in the park !

Amazing service!! Prompt response and very flexible. Clean rooms. Got free extended stay. Lots of food options. Room service was good as well.
