The environment was pleasant, and the high floor offered a great view. However, very few tea bags were provided, and there was no coffee. It would be better if these complimentary amenities could be improved. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive.

Everything was great, but there was a slight cigarette smell in the room, so I changed rooms. The rest was excellent.

The hotel is clean and nice, and the staffs are quick reaponse to our needs.

Good clean hotel with a small shopping centre next door that has food court and cinema on upper floor as well as a good Italian restaurant called toscano

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. One of my son is picky eater. They made him something off the menu. I was great full, because he get to eat food. It is a beautiful hotel.
