Great experience. comfortable rooms with amazing view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and has all the basic amenities that one would expect. The restaurants on-site were also fantastic.

Very comfortable hotel. Quiet and nice environment. Very close to the city centre. The bed was soft and loved it. You can come to this hotel several times.

The overall feeling is quite good (reflected in the price), it is very close to the pedestrian street, and there are ***y choices of shops and restaurants around. But the price of SPA is scary.

The gym is great, with the treadmill in front of the clear pool. The breakfast was great and the room facilities were good. The only shower room is a shower hose.

The hotel location is average, but the decoration and interior design are very good, full of Arabian style, luxurious atmosphere, and the design of the bathroom is very Nordic, which is a perfect score. Stayed at Leela Palace twice, this time is a club room, the price is not cheap, in early 2000. No time to enjoy the afternoon tea and drink at the Lounge Bar. Leela is still so beautiful, every detail is like living in the palace. This time I suddenly found that there was a shopping mall and a salon in Leela downstairs. Surprise~ The next decision is still here~

Great hotel! The breakfast was mind blowing; I loved everything. Fresh orange juice (one of the best) French toast and pancakes, the chef really knows how to make the perfect batter. The bed was so comfortable that immediately passed out. Front desk stuff were also really friendly and welcoming. They provided us extra check out time.

I had a fantastic stay at chancery pavilion The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city, yet it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting banglore

Very upsetting experience. Booked the hotel room on prepaid basis but get delayed at least 30 mins when checking out being told payment was not settled. It was a business trip and my meeting was delayed and almost missed the flight after meeting. Hotel guy firstly checked with booking agent and get clarification the booking was prepaid and let me go. Nevertheless, after a few hours, notification came saying hotel still took payment from my credit card ! On the second day, another notification came informing payment was refunded to me because payment was settled by agent!
