Frustrating Stay! Uncoordinated Payment: The hotel staff pressured me to pay for the restaurant bill immediately, even though it wasn't included in the room rate. They could not wait for me to go up, freshen and come down to pay; very impatient! Limited Amenities: The hotel room only offered handwash, not shower gel! Unreasonable Charges: Bottled water was overpriced at 150 rupees.. Unhelpful Staff: Staff seemed impatient and inflexible regarding payment options. Overall was disappointing due to the staff's impatience with payment options, lack of essential toiletries, and overpriced bottled water. I would not recommend this hotel.

Going out is the elevated road under construction, dusty and choking to death. The hotel staff repeatedly collected money. Although they later found out the record of the payment that was made on the night of the check-in, they lost a lot of time and almost missed the flight. The restaurant is too expensive. A bowl of curry chicken plus a small bowl of rice charged 420 rupees.

The location is very good, very close to the Science Park, and can arrange a car transfer every day. One day from Mumbai, the company did not come to the car, they even put a coordination manager at the airport, to coordinate a car over!
