On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

Room, bed and toilet are very spacious. Separate shower cubicle so the toilet doesn't get wet everywhere. Walkable distance to Siam/Pratunam area and also very near BTS station if prefer taking the train. The quirky cafe nearby serves tasty western/thai food. Hotel is under Accor group and their service did not disappoint, all the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Only thing for the hotel to take note and possibly upgrade is the shower gel/shampoo bottle pumps and hair dryers. They were a bit dated and faulty but staff changed for us promptly after asking. But it would be great if the hotel can replace with new ones. Overall still very satisfied and will definitely stay again if the price is reasonable/on sale.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

My stay for celebrate my birthday at Sindhorn Kempinski is very memorable impressive. My room is grand premier room. This room is spacious and all well maintained. Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

Value for the money when staying at this hotel.

Things that can be improved - There is no warm or hot bath water - Non disposable slipper to be used in the room (Can be resolved easily by Krit Thai IMO) - No bath curtain to avoid water from splashing out of the bathtub during shower. Stayed here for 4 nights during Songkran week. The hotel is basically beside the National Stadium train station, so it's very much accessible. It's walking distance to malls like MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Siam Discovery. Room is clean. Shared shower/toilet is well maintained despite some people being too messy when taking a shower and getting the floor wet. The hotel has an open setup, so the corridors are exposed to open air, so you get some airflow (despite the Bangkok heat), although that also exposes the rooms to a lot of the noise pollution since the front is a main road and a train station. They have a theater room if you want to watch a movie, and they also have co-working spaces that you can use if you need to work. Breakfast is simple, offered by the TokioJo Restaurant. You only have 3 options to choose from, so I basically got to taste all 3 during my stay. But you can also order for lunch/snacks/dinner and even some drinks if you want to chill. Staff are great, they allowed me to check in when I arrived at 11am BKK time, and they also answered all my inquiries. TokioJo staff was also very accommodating when I had my meals there. For housekeeping, I didn't have my room cleaned during my stay, but I could say they cleaned the shared toilet/shower well on a daily basis. I think if there's a criticism that I could share, I wish the hotel had a lift. My room was at the 4th floor (topmost), and after a whole day of walking, the last thing I would like to do is put more strain on my knees and climb the stairs up to the room. I have a bad knee and after walking the whole day to join the water festival activities, my legs were really painful. Let me tell you, it became a struggle to come up to my room, to the point that I would not want to go down after I have already reached my room. So take note of this point if you plan to book this hotel. To be honest, I probably would think twice booking the hotel if I knew beforehand that they didn't have a lift, only because I had a knee problem. If you're coming from Don Meuang Airport, take the Red line to Bang Sue Grand, switch to Blue line to Silom station, switch to Sala Daeng station in the Sky Train (green line) and go to the National Stadium.

Disappointed! It was my 2nd time staying in this hotel for 7 nights , but was so disappointed. The 1st night was being itching in the bed & couldn’t slept well. I requested the house keeper to change the bed sheet, then ok for few days. On the 6th day, I went back to my room after breakfast. I discovered that my room was being opened and nobody inside or around. The room was cleaned and tidied. Definitely, the house keeper didn’t closed the door then ran out. It’s a shock to me! Again I was itching on that night. It seems that they did cleaning but didn’t change the bed sheet. I had taken photos of my neck with bed bugs wound and given to the check in counter.

Breakfast is provided for all guests, and you may use the self-service laundry & dryer machines at Level 7 as well. Check-in and check-out process was smooth, and all the staff that we encountered were able to communicate and provide advice to us regarding our inquiries. Housekeeping service is good and the room is very clean. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Lastly, we wish to express our gratitude to Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam for the honeymoon setup after acknowledging that we were travelling to Thailand for our honeymoon trip by my family member.

We checked in to the hotel and were moved to the resident portion of the property. The pool was closed, however it did not say that when we booked the room. We would have been able to use the hotel pool however we would have had to walk around the parking lot to the other building. The first room we were assigned was facing the pool under construction and it was very noisy. We requested to be moved and the next room was much nicer. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a nice kitchen and sitting area. The hotel is very close to the mall. The staff was very nice and helpful. However we booked a driver to the Floating Market through the hotel and were dropped off at a boat rental place, had to pay B2000.00 for 1 hour boat ride. (no negotiations) When we requested to be dropped off at the market itself our driver told us he is not able to do that because he is not a guide. We would have been better off booking a tour.

We had a great stay in Bangkok, superb for everything! from * its location: very near to BTS; cheap taxi fare as well because very close to most tourist spots; * our comfort: we are so comfortable all throughout our stay; beddings/towels are so clean, smells good and very soft; so quiet as well! * cleanliness: the hostel is properly maintained, they refill immediately once the soap/tissue run out. * very GREAT STAFF: they are so accommodating and most of all, they are fluent in english. didn't had a hard time communicating with them; * FREE BREAKFAST! They are so generous, it is not even indicated on their freebies that there is a free breakfast, cook all you want, everything you see on the kitchen is for FREE! * Ambiance: We had the chance to stay in their well-maintained, romantic rooftop for dinner, and right before we go to bed, we used to stay downstairs because of its cozy feeling!
