The service was excellent, and on our last day, they thoughtfully left us some chocolates in the room. When we first arrived, we didn't have enough local currency for the deposit, and they were very understanding and waived it. There were a lot of Indian guests. The breakfast buffet was just okay; it was pretty much the same every day for the week we stayed.

I just visited Grand Mercure Bangkok asoke residence in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

We had a good stay at grand mercure bangkok Asoke. Room was clean and spacious despite it is and old building but thats fine. Its located approximately 400-500meters to terminal 21 and Asok BTS. They do provide shuttle every 30 minutes.They do provide breakfast but it was very minimal and enough for 2 of us
