This serviced apartments hotel has an unacceptable policy of holding the security deposit for one whole month after check out. This is entirely unreasonable and has a serious effect on travelers. We stayed for three nights and paid 4,000 Thai Bart security deposit. We returned three days later and a further 4,000 was demanded. So 8,000Bart is held by the management for 4 weeks. Are they playing the currency market with my money for a month? I don't know. But the security deposit return policy is unacceptable.

The location is great. Staff are super friendly. The room is big but dated. Some rooms have bedrooms facing an inner corridor, which could get noisy if people walk past.

Just a bit of walking to Saladaeng BTS station ... and Clean and spacious room ... and staffs are super friendly ! Opp hotel is a weekday market ...and its near Silom complex ....

Beautiful building. Big rooms. Love the street. Close to everything but still quiet. I remember in the past they served breakfast in the rooms but that's no longer unfortunately. Great stylist place to stay.

A great apartment hotel in the heart of the city! The hotel features a gym and a swimming pool, both of which I found very convenient and enjoyable during my stay. The room was spacious—larger than most hotel rooms in Bangkok—and even included a fully equipped kitchen, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

This is the worst bedroom I've ever seen. Note to those who are booking this hotel right now - in the bedroom there is a window directly onto the common corridor! all night long the cleaning service carries carts along this corridor that rumble and you constantly wake up. The bedroom is extremely uncomfortable; I never managed to get a good night’s sleep. Also very bad room cleaning. Otherwise everything is normal, no complaints.
