The room was very dirty, with a big mirror above my head and a toilet at my feet. It was extremely weird, and the bigger problem was that the staff took my driver's license and didn't return it, causing me to be stopped by the traffic police and almost detained. I was fined then can I left.

I made a reservation at PRL Place, but when I got there they said they were fully booked. They quickly arranged for me to stay at a different hotel and I was able to secure a hotel. Thank you very much. I was glad that they didn't charge me the difference. So I've changed my rating of the hotel. The location is a little far from the station to walk to, but if you mainly use the Yellow Line and Blue Line it might be fine.
