Best Western Ratchada Hotel

The room is very large, the bed is big, but the mattress smelled a bit like cold cigarettes. You can tell the room is a bit old. Otherwise, the staff are smiling and welcoming.

The staff provided good service, the room was clean, and all amenities were complete.

The accommodation is beautiful, and the room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious.

A small yet exquisite business hotel. While the pool on the second floor doesn't offer high-rise views, the overall pool area is designed with a resort-like ambiance. The room's facilities, both hardware and software, are well-equipped, including a mini-bar and a fairly large refrigerator. The king-size bed, in particular, was incredibly comfortable.

It's okay. The room isn't very spacious, but it has a food warmer. The decor is modern and clean.

The room offers great value for money. The pictures show the hotel's Japanese lunch set, which was quite good. However, I didn't see a toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, but I had my own, so I didn't bother asking the front desk.

The hotel is close to a subway station, and there are many Thai street food stalls, 7-Elevens, and a Lotus supermarket nearby. There's also a department store with a currency exchange and cosmetic shops. The front desk staff are very friendly. I've stayed here many times ^^

The room condition was excellent for the price, and it would be even better for a travel stay. Although the location might seem a bit out of the way, it was actually nice because it was set back from the main road, making it quieter. The MRT was also surprisingly close, only an 8-minute walk. The only downside is that it would be great if they could pay more attention to the pool's water maintenance.
