The service was very attentive! The breakfast was rich and varied every day. It's super convenient as it's close to the subway 🚇. There's also a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is a good choice for Chinese travelers.

The service was excellent, and there were many delicious food options. The room size was moderate; it might feel a bit cramped for families with young children who like to run around. It's very close to the subway, just a 5-minute walk to the station.

Caught in a massive downpour in Bangkok, staying at this hotel was truly worth it, because there was no way to go outside! Unfortunately, I didn't get to experience the rooftop pool due to the rain, which is a shame, but the view is genuinely excellent! The room isn't huge but it's sufficient, and the bed is very comfortable. Great value for money. I'll definitely go back next time.

The staff service was top-notch! I had called a Bolt, and the app showed the car had arrived, but it just wasn't showing up. The staff saw us waiting for about 10 minutes without getting into a car, and proactively asked if we needed help – thumbs up! However, walking back to the hotel from the BTS during heavy rain can be a bit challenging because of the flooding, making crossing the road quite difficult. What should have been a direct walk to the hotel became a long detour. To avoid getting our feet wet due to the flooding, we had to cross to the other side of the street, walk further to another pedestrian bridge, and then cross back over. It was quite a roundabout way to avoid the flooded road. The bathroom space is indeed a bit small; closing the door makes it feel a bit cramped.
