It’s located in central area and can go around other areas easily. Although they don’t have laundry service, washing machine and dryer is available on the 7th floor.

About 5 to 10 mins walk to rachathewi bts but there are a lot of construction ongoing which makes it difficult to drag your luggage along the rugged terrain which becomes muddy when it rains. Platinum malls is about 20 mins walk away which is rather far but walkable if you so wish. Room is spacious and bathroom has a nice tub. There's a 7 eleven nearby but not many eateries otherwise.

The location of this hotel is excellent—close to a mosque, with plenty of halal food nearby, making it very convenient for Muslim travelers. It’s only about a 5–10 minute walk to Ratchathewi Station, and we were also able to walk to MBK and Platinum Mall as they are quite near. We will definitely choose this hotel again whenever we visit Bangkok

It is a good hotel that is near with the bts ratchathewi and 7-11

Our stay at Bangkok City Hotel was pleasant. The location is convenient and close to everything, although the stretch of Petchaburi Road nearby is under construction, which can make traffic a bit of a hassle. One midnight, the elevator was out of service but was fixed within about 30 minutes. On the positive side, the hotel offers a good variety of breakfast options, and the staff are nice and accommodating.

Be careful when check in this hotel. Make sure record before and after you were stay. I was blamed for the damage of which i was not did. My only mistake is i’m not record the accommodation as soon as i checked in. Others is so so. If you have the other option than this hotel, please go. For sure, i will not repeat this hotel again next time.

Overall, it worth the price. The breakfast was good. Recently the road in front of hotel is under construction so we have to walk a little more to the BTS. They don’t give toothbrushes so we have to buy from near 7-11.

Hotel is very clean and well-maintained. It is very accessible it just so happened that the main road of Petchaburi is under construction when we visited BKK. So there are many construction hazards and debris along the way to Ratchathewi Station making it a little difficult. Also, the WiFi connection on the 15th floor was weak. We cannot connect at all. But nonetheless, the hotel was good for me. Especially the buffet.

The hotel was very affordable and provided great service! Breakfast selections were okay. Coin laundry available in the 17th floor (there’s also another floor but I can’t remember). Walking distance from Pratunam, Platinum, and other malls. Excellent experience overall! Thank you!

A very convenient location for travelling around the city centre of Bangkok and its surrounding areas. Short walking distance to a BTS station is its main plus point. The breakfast buffet was very good and delicious. Also, our room had just been newly renovated so the amenities were all good and functional. We enjoyed our three nights of stay here. Only had a bit of feedback from us that the hotel room insulation was not good... could hear clearly guests walking along the corridors, talking, closing & opening their doors and pushing their luggage into very late nights and very early mornings....The surrounding area outside the hotel was also noisy until wee hours due to the heavy traffic and the construction works along the main road.
