Service tip-top, they help you move baggage to your room, got room service everyday, nice night view if you got the higher levels. It's a good location but very hard to get taxi there,however u can get tuk-tuks easily.

Even I didn’t check in that day . But they still answer my refound quest friendly ..

The room is okay. The hotel are a lots of room, 20 floors. So, many people in there. The robby stay at only 1st floor. So, the 1st are so The buffet breakfast is well.

I hve book this hotel 2 rooms. Easy walking for halal food and train station!

the hotel is at good location, walking distance to mrt and siam mall. However, the hotel need to improve their soundproof, I can hear the people walking passby the room, talking outside of the room and etc.

Walking distance to Fareeda Fatornee, Masjid Darul Aman, Ratchatewi train station, and Platinum mall. will definitely book this hotel again!

Not a very friendly hotel, a lot of forms they won’t you to fill in, they also asked you fill in name and room number and your check out time yourself. Very busy a lot of Filipino and Malaysian people staying here. Breakfast was packed no room really to sit. Hall ways seemed dark and dirty. Pool was dark and not to clean. Rooms were ok though. Overall not a great experience :(

Walk about 10minute to TBS station, location is good But hotel got alot of ants in room

Nice stay and good breakfast . The children enjoy the bath tub a lot.

Overall all good I wish they installed new aircon And it would be good if they let us choose the room and floor number

Everything is perfect . The location, the cleanliness and the breakfast No complaints at all

We enjoyed our stay here. Not too far from airport. Close to all tourist attractions.
