Poor service in the sense that we are unable to request for extra pillows blankets for free. So disappointed that this hotel charge everything. We stay two nights, no room service no change of towels, no today bedsheet. Sofa is dirty, basin tap is very weirdly designed. Lucky only toe nights, Can’t stay longer anymore.

Service is excellent staff are very friendly and efficient. Our stay was comfortable and good. Will be back.

The Location is superb, for you who want to be close with Wat Mangkon MRT Station just walk for about 50m. I visit with family and stay for two days. The only minus point is the hotel only have one elevator which is small (4-5 persons) and sometimes you will need to wait quite long to get in.

Good location in China town with reasonable price. A lot of good food nearby. Easy to find, downstair is Starbuck and 7-11. The counter is in 3rd floor. Small lift but big room. No comb, no toothbrush. The room for 4 persons but there is only one chair.

The staffs are supper friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. The water temperature is easily control. Location of the place is superb. The luggage room is also big enough so it is easy deposit and receive luggage

Even though it's in Chinatown, there's no Chinese-speaking staff. The Wi-Fi is terrible; rooms on the edges of the building barely get a signal, and mobile reception is bad too. The water heater is old and difficult to use, and the faucet is too low. I'm not satisfied. There's a convenience store downstairs and a currency exchange.

The location can be a bit tricky to find. If you're taking a taxi or ride-hailing service, it's best to direct them to the 7-Eleven and Starbucks nearby. However, if you're coming by MRT, it's super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the exit. The room was comfortable, and it's only about a 5-minute walk to the Chinatown night market. Overall, a good stay.

We have requested a no balcony and quiet room, however,a room with balcony and facing the main road was given to us,it's extremely noisy 24/7!They also charge you for extra pillow or towels.The room is dirty and smelly,toilet drainage slow and old design.

Bad＞ Bed is hard, wash sink faucet is unusually low, building is hard to identify if u cant speak thai & got a taxi they arent very familiar of this accomodation. Luckily able to use grabcar & 7eleven to identify Good＞ Walking distance to chinatown market & few temples around, near subway station too, room is spacious & comes with balcony, front desk are helpful & quite frenly, lent me a socket bcos i forgot to bring mine. Massage at level 3 beside front desk is also goood, service with hot tea is a + point. Opted for late checkout by 4pm with additional 500baht charged. I had to checkout late due to attending a funeral wake at and can only be back by 345pm. Luckily they allow for late checkout. Thank u!

When I checked in, the bed sheets were dirty. They didn’t change them. The same happened the next day. I must complain to the concierge.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. It has a great location with a metro station nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The room is spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a small kitchenette where you can heat up food, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. A nice bonus was a complimentary foot massage voucher for one of the guests

The service is good and the location is convenient. And the room is clean. Only the sign of the hotel is too small, it is not easy to find the hotel.

The location is undeniably excellent, with the MRT station just a few steps away. The air conditioning was very powerful—almost too cold at times! However, overall, I found that the negatives slightly outweighed the positives. Firstly, the sound insulation is extremely poor; traffic noise continued late into the night, around midnight to 1 a.m. Secondly, the cleaning service was disappointing. Despite multiple reminders, the cleaning crew never washed the dirty dishes in the sink. Thirdly, the instructions for operating the hot water system were unclear. There’s nothing in English, which meant I didn’t have hot water on my first night. Lastly, the bathroom sink tap is unusually low, making it difficult to use—so much so that we had to use the kitchen sink instead. The design feels quite impractical. I didn’t have a good sleep at this stay in the last few nights.

Conveniently located with plenty of food options around the property, right by the subway, making it easy to get to various places.
