I would like to start by saying that the staff here are awesome. Very polite, professional, and responsive to any issues. The hostel itself is fantastic value for the price. I stayed in a private room (double bed). The bed itself was comfortable enough - pillows were a little soft for my liking, but I was still able to sleep well and wake up without any aches. The room is clean and tastefully decorated. The only thing it lacks is a safe to store your valuables. Unfortunately, I did experience some significant issues during my stay. 1. The shower head was damaged. It is placed on a very flimsy fixture and kept falling down, making showering a little frustrating. 2. During the 2nd day, the aircon started leaking water out the duct. I informed the receptionist who promptly sent someone to inspect it. They told me it’s likely because I was over-working the aircon by running it on 18 degrees - fair enough. Kept it running on 22 and it seemed to solve the problem after (not permanently, happens again later). 3. On my 2nd last day, I left my room briefly to grab my laundry from the laundromat down the road. Upon returning, I heard a loud sound of gushing water (like a waterfall). I quickly found that the sound was coming from the bathroom. The plumbing under the basin and sprung a leak and water was gushing out. I quickly turned the tap off under the basin. The leak must have started only a minute or 2 before I found it as the water was coming out very quickly and the bathroom floor was flooding fast. It’s very lucky that I was only out my room for 5 minutes, as this would have flooded the entire room and potentially the corridor! Note to hotel manager: Please inspect your plumbing! This could become a serious liability for you in the future. 4. While the staff quickly responded to the plumbing issue, my aircon started leaking water again. I quickly informed the nice lady in my room and she could not believe my bad luck. We both had a laugh. The staff were very sympathetic to my misfortune and were apologising but I reminded them that it’s not their fault. I am a reasonable person so I didn’t get mad. But please be aware, there are many people who would not respond in the way I did. Another note to the hotel manager:Please make sure you improve the issues as you may experience an unreasonable and abusive guest. Do this for yourself and the safety of your staff as they are working very hard! I realise that my experience was very unlucky. But these issues are bound to repeat unless they are addressed. Stayed at the Girls' Dormitory for 4 days and 3 nights. Bed was big enough for me who's 145cm. Pillow and duvet were soft, overall everything's comfortable. Toilet and shower area were directly outside so that was very convenient. Since the dorm was at the M floor, the dining area was directly outside as well. I arrived early and had to leave for an event before settling in my bed. Staff was so nice to let me check in, use the shower area, and leave my things in the lobby. Doors have electric locks on them which made me feel safe. For fangirls who are attending events, location wise this is near Union Mall and Siam Paragon. Quite a ways away from Impact Arena but booking a Grab/Bolt was never a problem for me. There's a near bus stop to the hotel if you're comfortable with public transportation. Adequate choices were available for breakfast. There's also a fridge where you can store your food and they just post a note on when they will clear out the fridge. Deposit is 1,000 THB for private rooms and 300 THB for the dorms. This will be returned to you upon check out. Will definitely book this hostel again!

I booked the private room and the bed and the pillows are comfortable, I sleep like a baby. The bed sheets smooth and silky and not rough on my skin. The room clean and they provide 2 bottles of water everyday. The breakfast included, although I never have breakfast with them but the kitchen is clean and they also have microwave for us to use, which is convenient because I always like to heat up my food. The reception staff super friendly and very accommodating, anytime I have questions, they always help me with direction and recommendations. For the people who complained about the location, they need to check the location first before book here, for me I have appointments nearby and this location is perfect!

Everything was clean, quiet, and nice. On my first night, the cleaner forgot to provide my blanket, which was not a great experience, but everything was fixed afterward. The local restaurants oppositie the hostel is great.

I love how convenient this hostel to everywhere. Since I travelled alone, I booked for the female dormitory. But, to be honest I got a little bad experience. My bed was directly in front of the air conditioner with full blower. So when I slept, I need to used double blankets just to make sure I won't catch a cold. Hahahaha. Apart from this problem, the other things was okay. Good experience tho. Breakfast option was a simple one. Cereal, bread, and instant coffee. The shared shower room and toilet was clean, but I think it's too few even though there are lots of rooms occupied in this floor. Fortunately, the shower time of all sorts of people was different so it's rarely overlap. Cher Hostel was also near several public transportation stops such as MRT, bus stop, and Bang Sue central station. If you're not lazy, you can just walk for 30 to 45 minutes to Chatuchak. 😆😆😆😆

This hotel was pretty decent and clean.

I staesd one night in the double-bed room. It was very clean and I loved the esthetics of the place. The bathroom was gorgeous. The staff checking me in were kind and poliet. The next door restaurant LouLou offered a 10% discount for hostel's guest, which was a nice little bonus.

Having stayed for 5 nights, I was able to enjoy myself mostly during my stay. Unfortunately the location falls short as it is fairly far from public transport (there is a bus stop nearby) but also the area surrounding Cher is not very exciting. I love the entire aesthetic and vibe this hostel has - if you are someone who doesn’t want to leave the hostel and want to just work inside; this would be perfect for you. I enjoyed their amenities and everything was kept in great condition. The female only rooms has a very strong feet smell/ mildew/ mould/ wet odour which was present for the 5 nights. Perhaps air refresher or something long term like scent/oil diffuser in the room would be beneficial for improving the smell. Staff are attentive and friendly, especially the cleaner who was so kind to help me with drying my clothes and holding an umbrella for me when it was pouring rain outside, so I really appreciate her help. I also notice they spend lots of time cleaning, maintaining the rooftop garden, which is really nice to see how much they care about their hostel. Air conditioning is also closed between 12pm-5pm. Their rooftop co working space has aircon open 1pm-5pm. Overall, a pleasant experience for digital nomads who may need to work a lot - this place is perfect for you.

I can’t believe how good and clean this hostel is for the price! The bed is comfortable and spacious. The toilets and bathrooms are clean and roomy. High-speed Wi-Fi and a great co-working space—everything was perfect. I initially booked for 3 days but ended up staying for 10. Highly recommended!
